Please read: I usually stay at this property over the years. They used to be the best when it comes to customer service and hospitality. They are now wayy too low on that. Very strict on check-in time. You have to show up there on the dot or later. And It will take you around 30mins to check in and get the room key. They will not proactively check you in and verify your documents ealier than that, and when check in time at 3pm, everyone (guest) will be showing up at the same time and they will be overwhelmed. Past 2 days, breakfast is just eggs/tomato/onion. No more ham. No sausage or bacon. Just few bread and usually just a roll looking bread. No more croisant. Price wise, they went all the way double they used to be, which is fine. I would rather stay at Mer c ure Chapinero next time if i have a choice.

Al estarme bañado y cerrar las puertas de cristal, se rompieron y cayeron sobre mi, esto me generó heridas en oreja, hombros, mano izquierda, rodillas y ambos pies. Fue una situación terrible que no debe ocurrir, aunque el personal me ayudó y enviaron un médico a checarme me parece que la instalación frágil y peligrosa debe de checarse

My room was very clean when I checked in. Cleaning staff were by everyday and did a great job keeping rooms and building clean.

The hotel is very unique and cute. The staff were great, and the made to order breakfast was delicious. We didn’t like the spiral stairs going up to the loft bedroom. They are treacherous in the middle of the night. Book the hotel, but ask for a one level room.

The Hotel is centrally located and not far from bus station. The staff is wonderful and very helpful! They helped me with everything I needed. I would definitely stay there again if I come back to Bogotá

The staff at the hotel are friendly and helpful. The rooms are newly updated and very clean. The rooms we stayed in all had a mini kitchenette. A simple breakfast was provided with fresh fruits and freshly cooked eggs of your choice. The street that the hotel is located on is very dirty and felt unsafe at night. The neighborhood is fine in the day time but felt unsafe after dark. For the price point, this hotel provided a very comfortable stay.

The staff were very accommodating

The room has no windows, there is a very narrow spiral staircase to get down to the bathroom (very challenging in the middle of the night without any nightlight). The lights in the sleeping area don't work. And it's very noisy due to a party on the ground floor that somehow channels the sound up to the third floor. The neighbourhood is a bit sketchy.

Staff are wonderful and accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable for my stay. Thanks!

Leo is alway great. He always offer help navigating the city and tourist destination the easiest way. He even recommended a driver to brought us to Salt Cathedral. Very affordable friendly hotel in the middle of Chapinero.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Grace Chapiero. The area around the hotel is walkable and felt safe. The staff were very helpful and kind. Our room was cleaned every day and was very well kept. We particularly liked that the room included a stove top on which to make tea. The room also had a refrigerator. The hotel was able to watch our luggage on our last day in Bogota so we could explore the city before our evening flight. Additionally they helped us with arranging transport to the airport. Overall was an enjoyable and hassle-free stay.

Safe area, Amazing service, great breakfast. Room clean. I spent 3 days in Grace hôtel and if i have to Come back to Bogota i will definetely go back to Grace Hôtel. On the top of that Luis the manager help me to send a mail because everything was close on sunday

Es un hotel que engaña por fuera, sin embargo la habitación me encantó. En Uber está el centro como a 20 minutos por el tráfico y el costo es como de 4 dólares aproximadamente y del aeropuerto unos 45 minutos y el costo de Uber es de 8 dólares. El desayuno sencillo pero bien para salir. Parece una zona un poco peligrosa aparte de que están construyendo el metro cerca hay mucha obra pero es un lugar seguro. En realidad hay que tener cuidado como en toda ciudad y me pareció excelente. Si lo recomiendo ampliamente..cuidado con los billetes que les den cambio, dan mucho billete falso en Bogotá

O lugar é uma graça, super moderno e conta com um restaurante mexicano acoplado. Sobre o quarto, estava limpissimo e arrumado e só foi meio chato a disposição da cama ser no mezanino. Como vou muito ao banheiro, tinha que ficar subindo e descendo, mas de resto, foi excelente. Sobre a localização, achei boa, perto de comércios e de estações de transporte. Recomendo!

Loved my stay here. I will be back! Such a nice place and reasonably priced.
