Be extremely careful with this hotel! My experience was extremely disappointing, and I feel obligated to warn other travelers, especially foreign guests. During check-in, the staff asked me to sign a document, claiming it was only required for VAT exemption purposes for international tourists. Everything seemed normal, so I trusted their explanation. However, days later, I discovered a charge on my credit card for supposed “tour packages” that I never requested, never authorized, and that never even took place. At no point was I informed that the document could be used to apply additional charges. I feel completely misled, and I consider this practice highly deceptive and unethical. Carefully review every document before signing anything and closely monitor your credit card statements after staying here. I am sharing this to prevent other guests from going through the same situation.

Rooms way too small

Tiny pool and tiny hot tub. No steam room. Sound proof rooms. Average food.

The staff was excellent, all of them, from the front desk (Dayyanna) to the cleaning lady.

Breakfast was always a caos. First breakfast I got there 45 minutes before closing and it wasn’t food left, no place to seating and staff were clueless about what to do. Manager wasn’t very helpful and explained that the hotel was full and that in top of that they also take outside people for breakfast as well and pretty much they prioritize these people I guess because of the cash. Manager offered points will be awarded to my “Hilton Honors” membership. But I never got any.
