You can hear the cars on the street, my room had windows that had cracks in them so I could still Hear people out in the hallway, the bed wasn’t that comfortable and the blanks and pillows always suck at a 3 star hotel no matter which one you go to. Besides all that it was an okay hotel to stay at if your in a budget. For me my flight got cancelled so I had to find somewhere to stay.

The place was clean but no one spoke English. The site said shuttle service and there was none. I saw one worker who spoke a little English the first night we checked in and never saw him again. Also a desk lamp would be helpful. Location was not bad because there are restaurants and other hotels nearby in

Limited furniture

El hotel debía dar 3 habitaciones de 2 camas matrimoniales y pretendía dar una habitación de 2 camas matrimoniales, una de 2 individuales y una de una matrimonial y una individual, me quejé y cambiaron a 2 de dos camas matrimoniales y una de 2 individuales y una matrimonial, dijeron que no tenían más habitaciones de 2 camas matrimoniales. Además de esto, una de las habitaciones tenía las luces quemadas y el personal del hotel no tenía la capacidad de cambiarla y nos dieron una lámpara de recepción la cual casi no iluminaba nada. Uno de los cuartos no tenía cobijas. El personal de limpieza mueve todo los objetos personales (uno de los huéspedes tenía su pijama doblada sobre la maleta y apareció al revés y amontonada sobre la cama) Además no se cambiaron las toallas todos los días (para una ciudad que es tan fría las toallas nunca se secan). El personal de recepción exceptuando por un señor muy amable no conocen acerca del trato al público, tienen actitud apática hacia los clientes al nivel que llega alguien que ellos no conocen (porque llegué varias veces con recepcionistas que no había visto) y sin conocerme ni verificar mi identidad pedía una llave y me la daban (una vez escuchó por accidente otro número y me dió la llave de otra habitación así sin conocerme ni saber si de verdad me estaba quedando en el hotel)

Very good amenities

The room was clean only had two towels only time the restaurant was open was during breakfast selection wasn’t that great staff not familiar with the area quite a ways to travel to do anything or go shopping

Afordable price, breakfast included. Staff were so kind and always helpful. The hotel is very close from the airport.

What a wonderful place! And its close to the airport. Very nice staff that will go the extra for their guests

The place needs basic nesecites , micro, fright, cable , air conditioner !etc
