The hotel was very nice. Clean, and close to the action, but far away enough from the noise, in a quiet area very near to Provenza. The room was clean, and included everything you needed for your stay. I stayed in room 305, and it had a good view of the hotel front/street. There is a beautiful little patio on the street side entrance, and I ate breakfast there every morning. Breakfast was included with my stay, and had plenty of wonderful options to choose from each morning. I really enjoyed the Colombian dishes for breakfast, and a fruit called a granadilla. (Thanks Johnny) There were fresh eggs, and bread and many things to choose from, probably one of the best “included breakfasts” I’ve experienced. What makes the hotel are the staff, they were all very courteous and helpful with anything I needed. Special thanks to Johnny, who brought me to my room, and was very polite and welcoming. He’s a really nice young man with a good sense of humour, and I immediately felt welcomed to the hotel as a guest, and a friend. A special thanks to ladies at the front desk as well. Especially Irma on the night shift, who checked me in and out. She’s very polite and made checking in and out a breeze. Another woman who helped get my Colombian SIM card working, but I forget her name! They were all very helpful. Thanks to the kitchen staff as well, they’re attentive, and friendly, and offered coffee and drinks whenever I sat down. Book this hotel, I enjoyed my stay.

Friendly staff, well located for walking to restaurants in El Poblado, easy to get an Uber further afield. Hotel is nice, though dated - room could do with an refresh. Breakfast had a wide variety of options - we enjoyed the fruit selection in particular.

I stayed at Hotel Park 10 on two separate bookings, reserving two rooms on different days, and unfortunately my experience was disappointing overall. During the first stay, the phone in the room was not working, so I couldn’t contact room service, and the TV remote control was also not functioning. These are basic amenities that should be in proper working order. On the second stay, the experience was worse. The shower temperature was extremely unstable — the water was freezing cold and then suddenly turned boiling hot. I actually burned myself, which made showering very uncomfortable and unsafe. I also booked as a VIP member, but there were effectively no VIP benefits honored. I was told that if I wanted early check-in or late checkout, I would have to pay extra for them. While I understand that room upgrades are subject to availability, and I accept that they may not always be possible, it was disappointing to be told that even basic VIP perks would only be available at an additional cost. Overall, the hotel has potential, but basic maintenance issues, safety concerns, and the lack of meaningful VIP benefits made this stay below expectations. I would expect much better service and consistency from a hotel at this level.
