Absolutely unforgettable stay. (I rebooked 3x)
My experience at Hotel Park 10 was so amazing that I rebooked it three separate times because I simply didn’t want to leave. I stayed in the Presidential Suite, and from start to finish, everything exceeded my expectations.
The people truly make this hotel special. The hospitality, service, and attention to detail were outstanding. Every interaction felt warm, professional, and genuinely welcoming. The food and drinks were excellent, consistently high quality, and thoughtfully prepared.
The atmosphere was next level. The hotel was beautifully decorated for Christmas, which made the stay feel extra special, and they even hosted a fashion show during my visit. It felt lively, elegant, and perfectly curated without ever being overwhelming.
Everything about my stay was perfect. This is easily one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had, and I would not hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommended if you’re looking for comfort, luxury, and top-tier service.

Friendly staff, well located for walking to restaurants in El Poblado, easy to get an Uber further afield. Hotel is nice, though dated - room could do with an refresh. Breakfast had a wide variety of options - we enjoyed the fruit selection in particular.
