The owner is very helpful and responsive! The location is excellent, close to Bus 6 which goes to the old town and a grocery store 5 mins walk .

Great value apt. Good location , next to bus stop.

Property was fine, the area is quiet. The # 6 Bus stop is nearby making travel to the Old Town simple. The owner was very response, she was in the process of harvesting a grape crop 50 miles north, but responded to my phone calls quickly, and arranged for an early morning drive to the airport on my check out.

The host is terrible! Early I try to contact her but she said always that I can’t arrive early to leave my luggage, then we are late night and complain not good at all. Is expensive for service

Everything is fine. Mira is so nice and friendly.

The location was excellent, walking distance to the beach. The host was great. We were even able to check in a little early, as we needed to be off our boat in the marina by 9am. She gave us an excellent recommendation for dinner and good directions to get around. The place was clean, spacious, and everything we needed.

Excellent Location with free parking. Local bus takes you right down to the main gate entrance into the old town! Very friendly owner(Mira) was helpful.

The apartment was clean and with all necessary accessories. But the best thing about our stay was the owner. We made reservation late, about 10 PM and when we called at 10:30 same day, she has already prepared our room. Owner let us park in driveway so car was of the street. Next day she left glasses with vine and some cherries on our outside table!!!!! She gave us maps of Dubrovnik and some very useful suggestions where to go. AMAZING.

Mira, was very nice and attentive to help us out in all our needs. She made our stay even better. Apartment was nice, comfortable and very clean. Walking distance to restaurants, grocery store and beach.

Very well equip apartment in a good location for shops, restaurants and public transport. The lady who owns the flat lives next door and was very helpful and friendly, there was even a glass of wine for us when we arrived. Lovely balcony with great views.

Very accommodating building manager. We were able to leave our extra luggage for a few days while we went to Kotor.

We only got to stay 1 night due to flight cancellation but apartments Ira was enjoyable for the night we had. Bus stop not far, not to far to walk to get breakfast dinner etc. easy check in check out.

Excellent accommodation. Very modern and within easy public transport access to old tow. Host was very welcoming and informative. Ideal for family with two young children. Excellent value for money. Highly recommended.

Very clean, nice apartment with view of the ocean channel. Seemed out of the way when our taxi first dropped us off, but a ten minute walk down the hill revealed a beautiful, charming area with parks, restaurants, a beach, and pubs.

This apartment is not close from centre city . However the owner charged me 10 Euro per night / person . We have been 4 in totall.. She mentioned only 2 people can stay in 2 bedroom apartment without extra charge . She tries to get extra money for parking as well when clearly says free in my reservetation . Also she was short when she left me the change in room . This apartment is too expensive for nothing

Arrived 1:45pm. Check-in was at 2pm. Owner made us wait in sun until exactly 2pm. Room purchased was one bedroom apartment with partial Sea view. Owner said view had been blocked by another building. There was a washing machine in our apartment but owner said each use was an extra 10 euro. Clothesline is available but access limited by prickly bushes. Cats are everywhere.Queen bed is extremely uncomfortable with 2 single bed sheets on top. Aircon worked well and was appreciated. WiFi was weak and unreliable. Limited TV channels. Shower and bathroom very good. Unless you are a very fit walker everywhere is by taxi or bus. Bus stop is 500m and for 15 kuna p.p takes you to Old Town. Uber is active and a viable option.Uber fare to airport is 210kuna. Bear in mind Dubrovnik is full in summer and you will be lucky to find anything better in this price range.
