I will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who just wants to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city and stay in a remote peaceful hotel with great food and friendly staffs. (Note: Don’t ignore the humble gardner..that’s Biserko) Book quickly..you won’t regret it!

In North America, we would call this a motel since it caters to travelers going through the area by car. We liked this hotel, it's staff, the restaurant. In short, very nice for someone needing a clean, comfortable room and a good breakfast before continuing on down the road. It is in the middle of the countryside with some industrial development nearby, so there is no neighbourhood to speak of, and not much nearby to walk to. But if you are traveling from Zagreb to the coast, this is a great place to lay over for a night just outside of town.

The accommodations were clean and staff was friendly. Our room was great! The only downside was that the cigarette smoke penetrated the room overnight so we couldn't really open the windows. Otherwise we enjoyed the stay.

A decent hotel, but not really meant for tourist unless you have a car. It was in what I would call an industrial area. the room was a good size and clean. I would call it a standard three star hotel. The breakfast was decent and the restaurant was good. There were a few problems at the beginning, but they were very easily taken care of by the front desk, Tatiana and the owners son Ivan.

Found and killed over 7 mosquitos and got bit during our sleep. Mosquito repellant given by staff provided some relief. Lowest AC temperature allowed was 22 deg celsius

Calypso suited our needs for a stopover hotel continuing on to Slovenia. Comfortable bed and good breakfast spread. Took a long time for the hot water in the shower. Our dinner was fine and the waiter was very friendly and accommodating. Easy parking. Quick to interstate.

Ive been on the road for 4 weeks and this was the best service I've received by miles.
The only downside is that it is maybe a 10-15 minute drive from the centre of town but I'd certainly stay here again

What a wonderful hotel. If your going to Zagreb and you don't mind being slightly away, then this is the place to be. This hotel far exceeded my expectations for comfort, cleanliness and friendly staff. The continental breakfast was an amazing smorgasbord that had more items than most buffets. My wife is celiac and we had no problems finding food to eat here.

We stopped at Zagreb for one night to catch flight. The hotel was about 15 min outside of city but for us it was ok as we had a car, and we arrived late the previous night. The restaurant is very good. Open until 11pm. Very cheap and food is good. The room is very spacious and modern. The quilt is comfortable. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Parking is very easy. Overall all, very good value if you don't mind the location.
