We really enjoyed our stay in Villa Badi! It is a beautiful family run hotel in the quiet village of Lovrecica (San Lorenzo), about 5 km from the big city of Umag. The owner and the staff are very friendly and speak very well English. It is well situated to do excursions during the day (Umag, Porec, Pula, Motovun, ...) and dive in the hotel's swimming pool when returning in the (late) afternoon. Very nice new room with balcony with sea view. Safe, TV and coffee facilities are available in the room. Nice breakfast buffet; there are some breakfast tables with a nice view on the pool. The village of Lovrecica is very small and quiet. You really need a car to go somewhere. Nevertheless, there are a few restaurants and strand bars within walking distance from the hotel. If you want to go into the sea, it is best to wear water shoes because there are rocks everywhere in the sea.

Die Villa Badi in Lovrecica, Umag, wird familiär geführt und das Personal ist liebevoll herzlich, es hat alles großen Spaß gemacht. Die gesamt Unterkunft und auch das Zimmer werden sehr sauber gehalten (das Zimmer wurde täglich geputzt, d.h. gewischt!). Alles, was wir angefragt haben, wurde schnell bereitgestellt. Auf Anfrage wurden auch 2 E-Bikes für uns organisiert, die vom E-Bike Vermieter Beroe Rent-a-Bike ans Hotel gebracht und dort wieder abgeholt wurden. Das Zimmer hat einen Blick zum Meer (andere Zimmer sind meer-abgewandt mit Blick zum Pool). Der Pool ist sehr sauber und mutet mit der Naturstein-Imitation natürlich an. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist herausragend und vielfältig und wird stets nachgefüllt. Einziges Manko: der Kaffee aus dem Automaten schmeckt nicht allen. Wir sind nach dem Frühstück mit den hotel-eigenen kostenlosen Fahrrädern zum ca. 200 m entfernten Stand-Cafe geradelt, da gibt es sehr guten Latte Macchiato. Sonst hat uns der Aufenthalt im Hotel Villa Badi und in Lovrecica sehr gut gefallen und wir werden sehr gerne wieder kommen.

Tolles Haus, sehr sauber und freundlich. Super Frühstück mit Wurst, Schinken, Käse, Gemüse, Obst, Marmelade, Müsli. Täglich wechselnde Eiergerichte, Häppchen und Süßspeisen. Sprechen super deutsch und sind sehr hilfsbereit. Einladender Salzwasserpool mit Liegen und Sonnenschirmen. Kühlschrank it Getränken und Eis beim Pool.
Leider wurde erst bei der Abreise der Gesamtbetrah fällig, daher teurer als abgemacht durch Kursschwankungen.

un albergo di recente costruzione, molto pulito, stanze ampie e soleggiate, fra le quali consiglio quelle orientate con vista sul mare. Luogo molto tranquillo e molto vicino a Umago e Cittanova, splendido per godersi la pace dopo una giornata di turismo. E' presente la piscina, sauna e idromassaggio

Nice and quiet small hotel far away from hordes of tourists. 150 meters to the beach and 10 minutes with car to the nearest bigger city Umag. Hotel has an adjacent restaurant (which we DON'T recommend) and there is a nice pizzeria and a tavern in the tiny village. The hotel has a lovely pool with sun beds and parasols for shade. I would truly recommend Villa Badi for romantic couples or travelers just wanting to get away from the rush!
