We had a really nice stay in Adams during the Christmas holiday in the end of 2025. Friendly staff and great location just next to the beach and we would love to come back in the future. The only recommendation I would like to give is the number of coffee machine available during the breakfast period as it has always been a long queue and it might ruin the relax atmosphere. Other than that, everything was really nice.

A large very lovely hotel. Staff great. Spa even better. Room was good, clean with complimentary bath robes, fridge and coffee pod maker. Breakfast was more than adequate. Piano bar had no pianist and a basic food menu consisting of pizza and burgers but well cooked. Large supermarket on site which sold hats, swimwear snacks and drinks. Several pools, one with a flume and one large indoor heated pool (seasonal) The hotel is located beside a sandy beach. We can thoroughly recommend this hotel.

The hotel has a stunning modern design. The reception is air-conditioned, though the corridors to the rooms are not. Our room came with sparkling wine and complimentary water, which was a nice touch, but I had to request cleaning as there was mould, toothpaste stains under the sofa, and dust beneath the bed. The hotel kindly arranged a birthday cake for my daughter, which was lovely. Entertainment was very good, and the on-site store was reasonably priced. The gym is excellent, and the pools are great fun—especially the lazy river when it is running. However, there were some issues. There was faeces in the pool one day, and removal took a while. The private beach has rocks that hurt your feet, though stairs offer a pain-free entrance. The two water slides operate for limited hours but did not follow the timetable. We stayed half board; the air-conditioned food hall is good, though it’s a long walk to the buffet. Check-out was smooth, and the hotel stored our luggage so we could enjoy the pool before our late flight. Unfortunately, the shower facilities had no gel or towels, so I had to dry off with a hairdryer before leaving.

Great service and large rooms, comfortable beds. Delicious breakfast with many options. The beach area and the pools were amazing. Vala restaurant too expensive compared to other restaurants we have been in the city centre. There is an issue with the elevator availability. Long waiting each time. Highly recommend.

This is a great hotel We reserved a premium room (2adults with 2 children) very beautiful and updated. For the food, we reserved full board, but for next time we will reserve half board or breakfast as the restaurants in the hotel (not included in the stay) are much more delicious. Very good activities for the kids and shows. Very generous staff and accommodating. A Very special thanks to Georgia (she is the best) , she saved our vacation, she gave us a late check out for free, booked us the taxi from and to the airport, recommended places to go in the city center. Staff are very welcoming but lucky the one who gets welcomed by Georgia, she is an asset to ADAMS hotel. The kids had so much fun and we had a wonderful stay. They also welcomed us with chocolate and white wine as it was our wedding anniversary. Thank you for everything! The only thing we hated is the cleanless , the hotel should work big time on having clean rooms ( they should vaccum properly) and wipe properly the floor. This is the only negative. Please make sure to work on this. Thank you all for this great stay!

Went for a family wedding. Would highly recommend for special occasion. The hotels wedding planner is excellent. The hotel has everything for a family holiday too. This is not a traditional five star hotel but guess it gets that status as it has everything for a family. We all had a great time. Not suitable we thought for adult only in summer time
