I cannot speak highly enough of this property. From the minute I checked in on Friday to the moment I left on Monday afternoon it was amazing. All staff went above and beyond at this hospital, the pool side staff were amazing especially Titu. Christalla was amazing too so welcoming, and attentive. The staff here became you friends and remembered every fine detail about each guest. This is without a doubt the best hotel stay I have ever had and ticked every box from location, eco friendly, dining options, staff friendliness, and cleanliness. The hotel is in immaculate condition and it is apparent that they take pride in maintaining the grounds and hotel rooms. They are quick to cater to any additional needs too. I cannot talk highly about this hotel enough.

Since the weather was cool, there were many children all day in the indoor pool, making it impossible for me to use. The outdoor pool was gorgeous but not heated. The sea shore was not that easy to get to so bathing there was challenging. Other thing that, the staff tried really hard to be accomadating!

The hotel is bright and clean. Pool facilities are very nice. Staff for the most part were very polite and accommodating. Unfortunately one poolside server was quite rude to my wife. When we complained she wasn't offered poolside service for the remainder of the holiday. Breakfast was very nice. We only had dinner at the main dining hall once and we're happy we didn't opt for all inclusive as the food certainly is not even in the remote vicinity of five stars. Three stars at best. We did find two nice restaurants close by and took a trip to the harbour to sample the local cuisine which was fabulous. The hotel is a little isolated, with some unfinished seemingly abandoned buildings around, however has a decent bus route. Taxi's are comparatively expensive so the best bet is to rent a car which is quite good value. All in all we had a nice relaxing break there but found it's an expensive 5 star price for a 3/4 star experience .

Overall it was ok and we had fun, but the first days were rough. The check in process was delayed by a couple of hours and the room was not fully ready even after the delay. On the day after we found out that the outdoor hot tub is turned off for the night until the late morning. The hotel did its best to compensate and we really appreciated this and it made the stay better.

Vast and beautiful hotel, with some of the best sunsets we have seen. Large green grass area, a few swimming pools, lots of activities for kids and spacious rooms. Staff were also pleasant and attentive. Special thanks to Johanna & Stelios, for the well needed personal touch. The cons: 1. We there without the all-inclusive package and we found the food prices too high. 2. The buffet area felt noisy and low rent. 3. Food is just OK, with not alot of alternative for non-pork eaters and in general, not that great. 4. Showers in the room felt like an old-school 3 star hotel - not very welcoming or comfortable (we hate take a shower in a tiny bath, with no dedicated shower head).
