Location great as just off the action so was quiet. Bed comfy, bathroom shower over tub and pool ok . The whole time felt in 70’s - a time warp but good for a night or 2 and has to be cheapest place in Agia Napa.

Very basic accommodation not too far away from the main areas. Air conditioning wasn’t working too well and it’s quite old and rundown but was fine for a quick stay.

You get what you pay for here..a key to your room and nothing else. AC has no remote and can only be switched on or off, so you either freeze or sweat. TV looked ancient. WiFi was good enough. I woke up at 4am to a group of guys singing drunk first in their own room, then just outside my room, it went on for a good hour and no one came to ask them to stop, so you better be a deep sleeper as there is zero sound protection and no one will be there to assist. No restaurant on site but plenty in the area. Nice pool and the room is spacious so it's not the worst if you have nowhere else to stay.

Booked this as it had breakfast included. When we asked about it, the Russian lady laughed and said no breakfast because of the virus. AC was broke. Animals in cages. Avoid. Unless on a serious low budget.

Very close to beach and shops bars etc, but poolside bar was closed, no breakfast and.no tea/coffee making facilities. Staff were friendly and gave us a kettle. Maybe covid had a big part to play

No pressure in the water. Short sheetsin the bed. Asked for double bed got single. Building in poor condition and rooms were smelling

The pictures are probably from 20 years ago as the place does not nearly look like it. The door locks don’t work and the staff is rude.

Staff gentle and nice, room basic but big and comfortable with nice balcony. Breakfast simple but enough, served by the pool. Nice atmosphere, if you don't look for a super big and posh hotel this is a great solution!

Charge for air con.Charge for fridge, external doors that are not secure. Groups of young people very drunk and urinating up the walls in the car park. Surprised Expedia have listed this hotel. Wanted cheap and cheerful did not get cheerful.

Nice location, close to the beach and clubs. Nature is around, grass, olive trees, pomegranate, lemon, etc. Hedgehogs, lizard, cats...

It was in a good location, however be aware that in 40 degrees heat you have to pay for air condition and the fridge! The hotel is a budget hotel away from the noise yet close proximity to the centre (5 mins walk). ALL staff are excellent but the owner needs to brush up on his customer service skills as he has an attitude. The pool is very nice and clean.

NICE FAMILY WELL RUN HOTEL, STAFF & MANAGEMENT VERY FRIENDLY, HOTEL A BIT TIRED BUT IN A FANTASTIC LOCATION. CLOSE TO SHOPS, BEACH, BUS STOPS, RESTAURANTS, PUBS & NIGHTLIFE. TIP (No plug adaptors needed for plug sockets)

PROS: A positive side of the hotel is the fact that all things that supposed to be provided by hotel were there: - continental breakfast - room with free air conditioning fridge and tv (which is not always the case in Cyprus) - access to swimming pool and walking distance to Ayia Napa center - wifi only connects in rooms from no's 41 up (works really slow)) CONS: What was NOT OK was the attitude of hotel's owner. He do not respect the agreement what I made with Hotels.com i.e. I chosen (and paid more) to pay for hotel when I arrive but money were taken by hotel immediately after reservation (possible fraud to investigate by insurance company). Intervention in Hotels.com did not yet resulted with anything even-though I sent few emails. When I arrived to hotel I told about this issue to owner and he has not any willingness to listen and even apologies for the thing what happened. He says "my hotel, my rules" saying that he will not listen to anybody what to do. Please be then very conscious about that if you are planning to book the room there with option "pay at hotel".
