It was amazing! We enjoyed our stay very much! The design is amazing, breakfast was delicious and location - unbeatable ! We highly suggest this hotel!

According to front desk, Twin rooms are never guaranteed through Expedia. We had to switch rooms the next day. Funky hotel was interesting decor. Location was perfect for walkabiluty to everything and everywhere. Front desk agent, Vasco, was amazing and very attentive and informative- he was the best at the hotel. Towels were old and need replacing.

We had no sleep at all until 4:30 am on our first night. The hotel has many rooms facing an extremely noisy street, where shouting and arguments continue right through the night. The existing double glazing is completely inadequate for this level of noise. The curtains consist of one thin layer and a blackout curtain, which do nothing to block sound. At the very least, the room would need an additional inner window or a second set of double-glazed panes, plus a thick, noise-deadening curtain. The number one priority of any hotel should be to give its guests a good night’s sleep. This room fails 100% in that regard. As many others have said, this hotel is more concerned with looking like an Instagram snapshot from ten years ago than with addressing its many basic faults. I won’t waste time listing them – just read the 3, 2 and 1-star reviews and you’ll see the pattern: endless complaints, the usual “sorry to hear” responses, and no real action. I travel almost every month across Europe, and this hotel has left one of the worst impressions. At best, it’s a 2-star property – the shower old, there’s no genuine room service, and the so-called “environmental” excuses are laughable when they don’t even provide a plug for the sink, as others have mentioned. It’s overpriced, and while the location is often described as “good”, remember this: Copenhagen is small – everywhere is close to everything. The reality here is noise, not convenience.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. Excellent location. Decor is interesting, a bit of a visual shock but you get used to it. Pillows could be better.

We were horrified when the hotel informed us that they don’t offer housekeeping because they are eco-friendly and instead of making up your bed they plant a tree instead! How does not making your bed equal planting a tree? I have travelled the world and that is the most ridiculous policy that I have ever encountered. I don’t go on holiday and pay thousands to make my own bed.

Great stay. Really enjoyed the design and nice touches the hotel had. Location was very convenient.

The hotel is centrally located and somewhat hip. The floor I was on was on split levels - I had to walk up or down 3 or 4 steps two times to get to my room while on the same floor. There were no closets or drawers in my room, so we lived out of our suitcases.

Wonderful vintage theme. Great bar and the food at Neni’s was very good. Beds were good. Extra pillows were available.

Grear location, very comfortable rooms, excellent service. I travel to Copenhagen frequently and this is one of my hotels of choice; it’s also the one I’ve chosen to bring my family to when they join me on my next trip.

Amazing hotel with super cute and hip rooms and lobby. Conveniently located by the Rundtaarn, so an easy walk to all the sights in copenhagen.

The hotel was located within walking distance to Nyhavn, Tivoli Gardens and was right next to the Round Tower. Shopping and dining was also very close by. The theme at the hotel was fun! Staff and service was excellent and the wellness center was a delightful treat.

Great spot!!

We stayed at 25hours for our honeymoon. We had a great stay. It was an incredible location. Close to transportation options and also walkable. The only downside was no elevator to get to the lobby from outside. We had to carry our luggage up the stairs. Not sure how you’d stay here if you have a wheelchair or mobility issues.

Very good experience with the stay in this hotel. The staff is amazing. Great location too.

A great hotel in a great location.

Great hotel extremely well located. Great service and vibe. Only negative, and I guess it’s a pet peeve of mine, no shower curtain or hard enclosure of the shower in our bathroom. So if you’re like me and you like a powerful stream of water, get ready for lots of water splashing everywhere…

Loved it

I love how comfortable and clean the room and bed were, I just couldnt sleep the 1st couple of nights because the birds kept squacking all night. They stay on the roofs and you hear it echo down your room. I had to sleep with my bose noise cancellation.
