My package should have the wine for gift as the golden member of hotels.com , but nothing received Overall the hotel is great, clean , location is good , only is the several stairs in floor and lobby that make hard to handle the big luggage

從未試過，住三晚不打掃房間,不換毛巾，進入酒店沒有任何服務，這樣的價錢，我覺得不值. 另房間里面設備不足，地理位置優越方便出入.

Our room was spacious with two twin beds. We would like to have a door separating the bathroom, brighter lighting, more hooks for towels, shelves for clothing and more electric outlets. Breakfast was excellent. Staff was very courteous.

Great hotel, in a great location. Unfortunately our room overlooked a busy street so had 3 nights of no sleep. Friday and Saturday nights seem to be especially lively with people shouting and screaming non stop in the streets until 06:00 in the morning. Not ideal with a baby! However, the baby did love looking through the big window in the day. We were lucky enough to see the band on 2 days as well. Breakfast and cocktail bar was excellent!

Wonderful hotel. It’s why we keep coming back.

The staff were brilliant, the hotel was fab and in a brilliant location. The only thing that could have improved it (very slightly) would have been more spaces to put our belongings in the room to unpack a bit. Otherwise it was brilliant!

Quarto limpo e espaçoso. A localização é excelente, a uma curta caminha da estação do metro para quem chega do aeroporto. É bem central, entre o Nyhavn e a praça principal, ficando fácil para explorar os dois lugares a pé

Everything was good except there was a slight drain like smell from the toilet on a constant basis but ok if we kept the door closed. Also it would have been helpful if we could have turned the temperature down at night, we tried but couldn’t really figure it out.

Das Frühstück ist hervorragend. Es reichlich Auswahl für jeden Esser, normal, vegetarisch oder vegan. Es gibt sogar Brötchen ohne Gluten. Hervorheben möchte ich, dass man sich Gemüsesaft selber pressen kann. Obstsalat, Humus, Avocado, Müsli, Käse, warmes Essen bis zum selber Waffel backen alles da. Zusätzlich kann man Eier in den Variationen Omelett, Spiegelei, Shakshuka oder Lachs beim Service bestellen.

Excellent location, very nice hotel, gray bar great restaurant, all around nice place. One thing to be aware of is that it's a very efficient hotel and they would prefer not to wash your towels refill any refreshments or turn your room unless you directly request it from them. Otherwise they will refresh your room every 3 days. Other than it's a very nice hotel.

Such a cool/retro and very cosy hotel - the breakfast was amazing. My wife and I absolutely loved celebrating our 25th Wedding Anniversary here.

Quirky hotel . Fabulous location. Staff were lovely. Room was large for a city centre hotel. Very comfy but you have to ask for a kettle and coffee. Lovely smelling toiletries.
