My package should have the wine for gift as the golden member of hotels.com , but nothing received Overall the hotel is great, clean , location is good , only is the several stairs in floor and lobby that make hard to handle the big luggage

從未試過，住三晚不打掃房間,不換毛巾，進入酒店沒有任何服務，這樣的價錢，我覺得不值. 另房間里面設備不足，地理位置優越方便出入.

Loved our stay. The room was gorgeous , the staff were super friendly and welcoming. The free minibar was a nice touch . The hotel was so pretty, we didn’t want to leave it .

Fargerikt, fresht hotell med sentral beliggenhet. Rolig og rent! Blir rett og slett glad av dekor, farger og interiør. Nydelig!!!

Wir hatten ein tolles, individuell eingerichtetes und sauberes Zimmer. Das Personal war in allen Bereichen super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Der Saunabereich nach einem langen Sightseeing Tag super! Das Frühstück ist sehr lecker und ein Besuch zum Dinner im Restaurant Neni, ist sehr empfehlenswert, genauso wie ein leckerer Drink in der Lobbybar. Alles in allem, war es für uns ein toller Aufenthalt mit einem zentral gelegenen Hotel und wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Rent dejligt og meget spændende indrette. Fede farver og design. Vi kommer helt sikkert tilbage og vil anbefale der varmt.

Room was spacious. However, it was right above the entrance. We were unfortunately being woken up a few times when suitcases were dragged across the cobblestone road and from the construction noise repairing the pavement. Was expecting better acoustic insulation from external noise.

Room quirky and very clean, furnishings and paintwork were immaculate, staff polite and accommodating, central location. Hotel is positioned in a noisy area above a nightclub which we weren’t aware of. First night didn’t get over to sleep until 5am. The staff moved us the second night to nice the front entrance which was better but still a lot of noise until 1ish
