Everything was excellent, including the bar. The breakfast was expensive so did not go there but plenty of excellent alternatives close by. There is a music venue across the street and it created a fun vibe- everything from opera to karaoke to a heavy metal exercise session. It was always during the day so not disturbing

One of the best hotels and staff I’ve stayed at recently. Staff was attentive and always available for help. The room was huge and offered a lot of amenities such as 2 sinks, a bathtub, as well as a stand up shower. 10/10 experience

Lovely spot near Tivoli. Older but well appointed building. Charming bar by the lobby. I’ve been told noise was an issue, but we had a posterior room and slept great.

Had a great short lived stay in a new area of the city. The rooms and hotel as a whole were gorgeous and ornate, beds comfy and bathroom in working order. Our only comments were that the pillows were a little flat and a full length mirror would be a great fit for the rooms. Otherwise we’d certainly stay again and highly recommend enjoying the hotel breakfast too.

I left one star short of a perfect rating as unfortunately there’s too much noise in the room, whether that be luggages getting dragged through cobbled stones or some construction work when the windows had to be left open in the summer…

I left a few clothing items in the room and have twice emailed the hotel to discuss returning the items and have not received a response.

Not worth the four-star rating. Rooms are very small and mine had no air conditioning. The window barely opened, so it got hot and stuffy—I felt sick from the poor ventilation. There’s a live music venue across the street that plays loud music from 4–9 pm, which I could hear even from a room in the back. In-room amenities were disappointing: only instant coffee, no slippers or robe.
The location is great, the bed is comfortable, staff are friendly, and the gym is decent—but I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless you can confirm a larger room with AC

Amazing location with the Tivoli gardens and city centre a short walk away. Really lovely looking hotel with comfortable beds. Our room was standard in didn't have air conditioner, the fan helped.
It seems very under staffed. The staff we did meet were very nice and did what they could. Anything you needed you had to go to reception to collect. On a Friday and Sunday evening some of drinks ran out and a lone bar staff was trying to serve a busy bar with a lot of ppl waiting so couldn't go to get replacements.There were limited drinks and mixer options as they had run out. No meals available apart from breakfast.
On Monday morning construction noise started at 7am and was extremely loud. Windows closed, fan and earplugs didn't manage to drown it out. There's a live music venue across the road, great place to call in, music is loud until around 10pm too. Really enjoyed my stay but with a more staffing, better noise proofing and more food and drink options it would be a lot better.

Excellent hotel - room was spacious with good A/C which was welcome in the summer heat. Decent breakfast and friendly staff. Hotel is within short walk of train station and Tivoli. Nice bar although a bit pricey!
Only drawback was the shower. Bathroom was like a wet room but flooded when in use. Seemed like a design flaw.

We were disappointed. The room was underwhelming and not what we expected from the photos online nor the price we paid. We expected a more stylish room. We were underneath the restaurant so every morning we were awoken early by footsteps and chairs moving. That was frustrating for a holiday where it is nice to sleep in. Finally, it was impersonal. Before we arrived we got messages welcoming us and offering additional services. After we checked in, there was no engagement, no recognition from staff. It was all very anonymous.

Situated in a central part of Copenhagen, where there’s a few train lines serving the vicinity. It’s also really close to Tivoli.
Room wise, it is not the biggest, but sufficient for a couple, or business traveler.
The toilet has no bath tub, and you’ll have to make do with a small shower area, with curtains to prevent water spillage.
One note, the hotel has no air conditioning in the rooms. The hotel provides fans. During summer, which was when I came, the room can get quite warm.

The property was welcoming with a fabulous staircase, lobby, seating area and bar. Reception staff was welcoming and professional both at check in and checkout.
Room was very comfortable but avoid opening the window if you want to soundproof the room.
The bar is truly delightful. Would suggest adding an additional bar person when busy (cocktail / pre-dinner hour) as one lady seemed overwhelmed when it became extra busy on a weekend evening.
I would definitely recommend this hotel and would certainly go back.
