1. They gave room of 2 for 3 people and when told at reception then was told that there is sofa bed but told him/staff that there is no sofa in the room. Then he came to check and agreed that the room was only for two. He apologised then gave another room with three seperate bed which was not the best. 2. Lifts were not working 3. Not much in breakfast for veggie which had requested before. 4. Toilet didn't have hand wash 5. Not enough cups for 3 people

Kære Hotel Eyde Tak for mit ophold på Hotel Eyde. Jeg vil gerne dele mine oplevelser, da jeg håber, de kan bruges konstruktivt. Det, jeg var glad for: - Værelset var tilfredsstillende, og jeg satte stor pris på, at vinduet kunne vippes ud, så der kunne komme frisk luft ind. - Møblerne var gode og behagelige at sidde i. - Der var et godt klædeskab med fin opbevaringsplads. - Sengen var god at sove i, og jeg sov godt under opholdet. - Badeværelsesgulvet var skridsikkert og behageligt at gå på. - Mørklægningsgardinerne fungerede rigtig godt. - Hotellets beliggenhed er fantastisk med placering midt i byen. Det, jeg synes kunne forbedres: - Jeg savnede et mere imødekommende personale. Et smil og et "godmorgen" eller "god dag" i receptionen og ved morgenmaden ville have gjort en stor forskel for oplevelsen. - Badeværelset havde badekar uden håndbruser. Det gjorde badekarret meget upraktisk og efter min mening næsten ubrugeligt, da det ikke var muligt at skylle sig ordentligt af efter et karbad. - Listen i bunden af brusekabinen var gået af, hvilket betød, at vandet løb ud på gulvet. Efter et bad lignede badeværelset nærmest et fodbad, og det var ikke en særlig god oplevelse. Jeg håber, I vil tage mine kommentarer til jer. Hotellet har mange gode kvaliteter, og med nogle få forbedringer tror jeg, at gæsteoplevelsen kan blive endnu bedre. Med venlig hilsen Helle Bernhard

Ingen AC i heden Ingen minibar på værelset Lyset på badeværelset tænder automatisk, ikke fedt om natten. Ingen tryk i hovedbruseren på badeværelset. For lidt plads i brusekabine til alm. størrelse mand… Ingen smil på personalet ved morgenmaden. Man skal være færdig kl. 10 med morgenmad, så hotellet kan nå at omstille sig til endnu en fortjeneste med brunch gæster. Så man bliver smidt ud kl. 10.

Må absolut være det ringeste hotelværelse jeg har været på. Lille meget mørkt og kedeligt værelse, uden aircondition og ud til et tag med alt ventilation . Det var trist kedeligt og meget varmt. Morgenmaden var kedeligt og tør , røræggen var tør og grynet og baconet knastørt. Generelt en øv oplevelse.
