CABINN City Hotel

Property very close to station & shops so easily walkable. Property is older & repurposed into very small basic units. Ok for overnight stay but limited space & facilities in the bedroom makes it challenging to move around & unpacking suitcases etc. Bathrooms were so small & basic that it was challenging in itself, especially trying to use the shower. Rooms were clean & tidy. Staff friendly & helpful. Rather pricey for such small & basic accommodation.

Room was clean. Location was good. Front desk staff was very friendly. The breakfast was a little disappointing compared to other hotels we had stayed at.

Room not serviced daily, you have to get supplies in the lobby. No glasses or cups in the bathroom for toothbrushing. No shower caddy water pressure in the shower is low, have to adjust water temperature from time to time.

It was for an overnight bed before transferring to airport. Handy to railway station. Bag storage available was useful as we were early

Showered are terrible, there was still property in my room from when someone else stayed in it before. Rooms are old, walls are paper thin, terrible stay

The location is great. The staff is nice and helpful. The rooms are ridiculously small. If having a fairly roomy place to sleep is important, then this may not be your hotel.

Great value and location. Rooms and ensuite are fairly small so not be suitable for larger people (we are both considered petite). Staff exceptionally friendly and helpful. Did not have breakfast so cannot comment but it smelled great!

The roomes are the coolest rooms I've seen in a long time Everything is so well placed it's unbelievable

Good location and good option for staying near the city centre. Mattress was a little thin but not too uncomfortable

First of all, i think they rip you off for the price you have to pay for a box that is a room that is supposed to house 2 people for 5 days (July 11-July 16). The room was exceedingly hot all the time. They gave me a fan that circulated the hot air so that was no relief for the heat. I would never stay at the City Cabinn hotel again nor would I recommend it to my family and friends.

Basic room but great location

One of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this stay was unacceptable. I arrived at 1 AM and found dirty clothing left behind by a previous guest in the room. My pillow was also missing a pillowcase, which I had to put on myself. The room was extremely dirty dust, hair, toenail clippings, and debris were found between the mattress and bed frame and underneath the mattress. Every movement on the bed stirred up dust and allergens, making it impossible to sleep for me and my family. The room had no usable air conditioning, poor ventilation, and very dark lighting. The bathroom was extremely small, poorly designed, and had a strong urine odor that became worse when running water. Basic amenities were missing, such as towel hooks. Impossible to stay with a family of 4!!! Traumatizing with kids!! The manager offered another room the next morning, but it was no cleaner. Dust was still visible, and it did not appear the cleanliness issues had been addressed. Although I booked a non-refundable three-night stay, I checked out after only eight hours because the room was unacceptable and I could not sleep. I moved to another hotel nearby and lost two nights of payment. I strongly recommend avoiding this hotel unless there are no other options in Copenhagen.

Really small rooms but great for solo travellers

A small balcony with operable door allowed fresh night air to cool down the room. Maintenance lacking, LED light fittings that wouldn't stay on, taps that needed new washers struggled to shower as fitting directed water in to wash basin. Having come from other Cabinn properties I was familiar with the fitting and this was well past functional use.

I booked because of the location and the price. It is a cubicle style hotel. The rooms are small, the furniture is sparse, you can get amenities at the front desk. It serves a purpose. You cannot control the temperature in the room. When I told the front desk, it was too warm for me. They gave me a fan to use. They have self-serve luggage storage on the lower level that you pay for. One locker will only hold one medium sized suitcase.
