The lady who attended the breakfast room very nice, the front desk very helpful and specially with my husband in the medical scoters they were very patient. Thank you I recommend it very highly

The staff was super helpful when we checked in we asked for a room fan because the room seemed hot the night we checked in and they promised they would track one down and before we knew it they had tracked one down for us and it made the room, splendid! The next morning, we thought we had breakfast paid for, but we realize midway through that we had not reserved it when we made the reservation and they were so kind to us and made sure that there was not a problem. The staff that prepared the breakfast and took care of our needs while we ate were just amazing! The buffet and the amenities that came with it were very good! The location was close to everything that we ever wanted to see, and that made it one of our most popular locations that we have visited! The shared bathrooms were cleaned and orderly, and always had clean linen available to us whenever we needed. I recommend it highly because we felt safe, it was well lit, the staff was gracious and kind, and the beds were very comfortable! We hope to see you again soon.

A terrible experience with this book. I booked two nights stay but I just take a look the room and immediately out because the room has only one window and this window face to trash can collection field, the bad smell in whole room, no air condition. Please imagine what the situation when you flight long time and how you can stay there. I tried to upgrade the room, No luck. I return the room key after check-in 1 hour, and told the hotel’s staff, I am check out. I chatted with Expedia, no refunds because the hotel staff told Expedia that the hotel system showed NO CHECK OUT, lying. I have other hotel book receipts same day and check in time can prove where I stayed.

This hotel was fine for an overnight stay. It was comfortable but space was limited. The bathroom was especially very small. The room was very hot, so opened windows but unfortunately it was very noisy all night as our room faced the street. The reception staff were not overly welcoming but they did assist me with printing some documents for our flight the next day. A service offered by the hotel. The hotel is conveniently located to the central train station.

I thought the hotel was pretty good. Excellent location. I really enjoyed the breakfast. I got there during a heat wave though! We had a little fan in our room which was a lifesaver. Be aware that this hotel is clean and comfortable but it has no AC, no ice dispenser and no mini fridge in the room.

The hotel was better than I expected about shared bathrooms. It has two separate showers, two toilet rooms with two stalls in each on the 4th floor. I don't recall how many rooms share these bathrooms but it works out well since I didn't see anyone waiting. They're fairly maintained and cleaned daily. I like that there's a sink in my room. The hotel is across the street from the Central Train Station and pretty much within walking distance to most tourist attractions, restaurants, stores, etc. My room window faces the street side, and I could hear people talking, yelling/screaming, loud cars, etc. from the street all night; worse on weekends! I can also hear hotel guests talking in the hallway and next room noise due to poor insulation. I've had sleepless nights due to the noise from the street and from the hall/next rooms.
