The hotel and staff are excellent. The coffee lounge on the 12th floor is truly something we would like to see always. However, the room furniture is basic and I did not have warm water the night I arrived

Very centric - unfortunately the rooms carpet was severly stained and the pillows smelled strongly of sweat. Apparently they were fully booked and the possibility to change rooms impossible. The room was on the business floor. There was a lounge with coffee, soft drinks and snacks, but no water (still or sparkling).

Room was small and hard to walk around bed as mattress platform stuck out beyond mattress and you could not walk around it without catching your leg or foot on very sharp corners-very bad design. My husband hit it twice and I hit it. Mattress was uncomfortable and pillows had smell. When we got to room cups in bathroom were dirty and lite was out over vanitory. Tub in room was very high which made it unsafe to get in and out for shower. Shower stall would have been so much better. Staff was friendly and nice.

The room was functional but the fittings very cheap and poor quality. There was just one thin metal hangar for a weeks’ stay and a single duvet on the double bed. No fridge nor kettle. Breakfast had good selection and quality. Dinner selection poor. Room service poor and tray charge exhorbitant

We visit Aarhus on a regular basis and normally stay a this hotel however, this time was a complete disappointment. Had we known that the restaurant and bar were under renovation, we would have chosen differently. We ended up cutting our stay short and moving to a different hotel. Comwell not up to the standard that we were used to. Sad.
