The hotel location is wonderful, can be reached in 10 mins, a walkable distance. The hotel view is wonderful. I can see the Street Food court right in front of teh window. It is a good lace to go and have a lot of choices there. The hotel staff are very nice and helpful. They told me everything I need during the visit. Introduced the places around the hotel that I can explore. It is very good to me. One thing I need to bring up is the "cushion" between the bed and the desk. I have no idea why they put this thing at that place. What someone is working by desk, the corridor is blocked. During my stay, I kick on it several times. You can see that the cushion and the carpet are in dark color. I can hardly see it. When I go back to the dinning table, I kicked on it. Luckily, I did not fall. Suggest to remove the cushion to keep the customer safe.

Elendig aircondition

Room was spacious but hot. Good service. Great breakfast.

Dejligt ophold med god parkering/opladning af bil. Og en rigtig god seng. Og søde medarbejdere. Aftensmaden spiste jeg i byen, da der ingen gæster var denne dag i restauranten.

Dejligt hotel og god beliggenhed

Vigtigt at gæster fra udlandet er informeret grundigt om at de selv skal bede om rengøring.

Kritik: Information om parkering var ikke optimal. Det er ikke i orden, at man skal læse information om rengøring på en label påsat spejlet i badeværelse. Der mangler et skilt til døren, hvor man kan bede om rengøring af værelset hurtigt,

Second time stay, really great, centrally located. Only negative is the tiny carpark which is always full.

AMAZING

Har boet på Comwell i Aarhus nogle gange efterhånden og det er altid en god oplevelse. Elsker den gode udsigt fra værelset og det store udvalg i den lækre morgenbuffet. Selv om hotellets bar for øjeblikket er noget mindre end normalt er servicen i top.

Super værelse i en fantastisk bygning med udsigt til Aarhus Havn ❤️ Meget dygtige og venlige receptionister ❤️

Helt igennem et dejligt hotel og jeg havde en super udsigt over byen og vandet. Et hotel jeg vil anbefale til andre og har i sinde at vende tilbage

Vi kom forbi på vores bryllupsdag, og selvom jeg nævnte det for receptionisten, gjorde hun ikke vores dag ekstra god ved at tilbyde en drink eller lign. Det var lidt skuffende.

Super fint lille hotel som er super central placering i gåafstand fra de fleste seværdigheder. Ca 5-7 min gang til Trevi fontænen og 10-15 min til den spanske trappe. Receptionen på hotellet er åbent mellem 09.00-18.00.
