Well located with many shopping and dinning options to discover while walking the surrounding area.

The staff are very friendly and helpful throughout the hotel and were a pleasure to deal with, it is a great location and I enjoyed staying there. The breakfast buffet is of high quality and very varied, cooked breakfast is delicious. Requests for cleaning had to be made 24 hours in advance which isn't very convenient.

Second time staying at this hotel. Handy for shopping, metro, restaurants and parks. Excellent breakfast choices and staff are very friendly and helpful

The Scandic Falconer is located right next to the Metro station, which meant you can travel directly from the airport to the hotel extremely easily in about 30 minutes. The location is on the edge of the city centre, so we relied on using the Metro to get to the centre in a couple of stops, rather than walking, as it was quick and cheap to do so. There is a park right by the hotel and this is also where the zoo is located. The hotel was clean and the staff were helpful and polite. Our room was on the top 16th floor and this provided us with a lovely view of the city. The breakfast provided was very good with lots of food choices from cold meats, fresh fruit and cereals, to a hot food buffet and make your own waffles, which my kids loved. They also have some items for sale if you forget anything, such as toothpaste or beauty products, and they are sold at a very fair price. There is also a 7-eleven next door and a large supermarket a short walk away in the shopping centre by the metro station. I would happily stay here again as it provided very good value for money.

This hotel was wonderful. Breakfast had lots of options, and was delicious. Parking was clean, well lit, secure, and easy. They also have a luggage room in case you arrive early, or need to store your bags while you go for the day after checking out. The staff was helpful, friendly, and welcoming. The area is close to shopping, restaurants, and a 7-11 right next door in case you need snacks. The Metro station is also a few steps away to access anywhere else in the city.

Will definitely be returning. Ticks every box. Excellent location, beautiful breakfast, views from 16th floor spectacular.

This hotel was fantastic. The beds were incredibly comfortable. Everything felt very clean. The breakfast buffet was outstanding. It was the best coffee I've ever had. It's close to the Metro to reach other parts of Copenhagen. I would come back every time.

Our family had booked a room with 1 king-size bed and 1 single bed. Upon check-in, we found only the king-size bed in the room. My husband went down to the reception. The staff said they would bring a single bed to the room, so my husband returned to the room. However, when the staff arrived, she only had a single bed linen and said that she couldn't install the bed because the room didn’t have one. She told us we would need to switch rooms. My husband went back down to the reception again. They said a room with an extra bed was available, but it would take time to set up the single bed, and we would need to wait. There was no apology. We had to wait for the new room to be ready, which was already past 11 PM. After the new room was prepared, my husband had to go down to the reception once more to return the key to the original room. Only then did they apologize, but when he expressed his frustration, they told him to leave a review if he was unhappy. I am in disbelief over the poor service attitude and incompetent management, as they didn't even know which room had which bed setup. Truly disappointing.

Excellent staff. I was reacting to the room spray they used and they moved me to a different room without carpet and with a window that opens. Excellent full breakfast with many options. Love the ginger shots and the beautiful seed breads. Petit croissants and pastries were very tasty.

I was very disappointed that the rooms did not have enough closet space or landline room phones. That is a no. In any emergency, how do I get immediate help? When l asked the matter, the answer was Scandic wanted it that way: to use my cell phone. Shame on them. Although I liked the staff and the excellent breakfast, I won't return because of this phone matter.

Excellent choice for Copenhagen.

One of the managers was super helpful in getting my receipt information after having issues and he was really understanding and kind. The breakfast is amazing as well. Easy to get to from the airport with lots of food and shopping nearby

The hotel is in a great location next to a metro with lots of shops and dining options nearby. Breakfast had lots of varieties. The cafe and bar in the lobby was great to have. The full gym was also a nice bonus with plenty of space.

Only negative is no refrigerator in the room.

The breakfast was awesome. Everything was clean and the location was very convenient. There was a McDonald’s right across the street that was open 24 hrs and a 7-11 next door. The Zoo, Metro, Shopping Center were all nearby. Would definitely stay there again and would recommend to family and friends. One of the Red bus tours goes right past the hotel and their bus stops are nearby too.

We have just returned from a sunny weekend in Copenhagen. We found the hotel to be quite unpleasant. Firstly, the room was very small and dark. The bathroom was tiny. This was not what was shown on the photos. Secondly, the air conditioning was not working and the room was very uncomfortablly hot. We were unable to sleep. We asked management if we could be moved to a room with working air conditioning, which they reluctantly accommodated. This room was bigger and the air conditioning did work. I found the cleanliness of the hotel to be questionable. We asked several times for our room to ve cleaned and it just did not happen. When i asked again, only the very minimum cleaning was carried out. The floor was dirty and the overall look of the hotel rooms is quite dated. For balance, the lobby area is pleasant and it is close to the metro.
