Pleasant staff
Used to have a wonderful breakfast included but now they charge DKK 180 per person per day (USD 28 / GBP 21 / EUR 24) which will certainly influence my choice of hotel in Copenhagen next time.
The excuse “other hotels charge for breakfast” removes their advantage. Well played Scandic Hotels.

Breakfast used to be included at this and all Scandic hotels. It was excellent.
Now they charge DKK 180 / USD 28 / EUR 24 / GBP 21 per person per day.
Hotel still good but now I will look for alternatives when coming to Copenhagen.

We had a great stay at this hotel. We booked a Superior Room and found it very spacious, spread across two levels. The second floor had a king-size bed, while the lower level had enough space to accommodate an additional bed if needed. There was also a balcony overlooking much of the city, which was a lovely bonus.
The heating worked very well.. coming back to a warm room after being out in the cold was especially appreciated. The standout feature of this hotel is undoubtedly its location, with major attractions such as Nyhavn and Amalienborg Palace all within easy walking distance.
The hotel also has a partnership with a nearby parking garage, which is convenient and secure. While parking is on the pricey side, this is understandable given the prime location.
One area for improvement would be the in-room amenities. Although a coffee machine was provided, the coffee pods supplied were of a different size and therefore unusable. Additionally, there was no phone in the room to call for assistance. A bit more attention to these details would go a long way in enhancing the overall guest experience, whether for service or sustainability reasons.

The room was nothing like what was represented in the online photos. Painted cement or plaster walls, worn carpet, chipped side table, outdated bathroom with grime around edges of the floor. Heated bathroom floor was nice suprise.

Our room was perfect for a family of 4. Adults upstairs, kids on individual cots, and there was still plenty of room. Corner balcony was awesome. Easy check in and out. Nice breakfast. Great location!!!
