It was the best hotel breakfast we have ever had. Location was excellent with friendly staff. We loved our view of the square. Hotel was very eco friendly. The only thing was we wished the bed was a queen sized one.

Hotel was awesome and the location is perfect. However! Beware the bell tower is directly adjacent so the clock strikes EVERY 15 minutes. All day. All night. Additionally there were fireworks that shook the hotel at 11:30 at night. Three times in Copenhagen and all three times experienced these fireworks. So don’t expect sleep .The hotel itself was great, I just would have loved to have known about the bell tower and fireworks and I would have steered clear.

Perfect location. Beautiful building. Breakfast was incredible - particularly for dietary requirements. There is a really lovely member of staff called Simran who was particularly fantastic.

I know this is not under your control, but the very loud bell that rings every 15 minutes is the only part I did not enjoy. It rings too late and starts too early.

Our room was sooo hot and ventilation useless. The toilet broke and we were moved to another room which was lovely and cool though. Other reviews about water temperature are spot on. Please dont advertise as having parking available as we had to pay £40 per day for motorbike parking in qpark opposite. Condition is a bit tired in places and walls are thin so noise an issue with neighbour. Great location though to be fair and staff were helpful enough.

Faded glory. Shower the other end of the room from bathroom. Irregular internet connection. No restaurant other than breakfast in a dungeon. No orange juice or toast for breakfast - a world first for us.
However staff were friendly and as helpful as they could be.

It's downtown and therefore within walking distance to the things we wanted to do, like Tivoli Garden. The hotel staff was excellent and the building was grand.

Hotel ok but no cleaning service or explanation of how to obtain refused to help my daughter at night when she forgot her card and she had to sleep on patio outside hotel!!!! Not impressed. We asked when checking I. To add her name to reservation and they said we didn’t need to and when she asked for assistance at night they would not give her a new key and then locked her out of the hotel. Paid a lot for an upscale hotel and they let guests sleep outside!

Wonderful location.
Really spacious suite room.
Our daughter was still in the bedroom area but she had her own area and she preferred this.
Staff friendly.
I liked the requirement of booking breakfast & housekeeping. Seems very efficient.
Points others have raised that we didn't have issue with:
Noise: we were in the busiest central square. We did have an inside view from our room but the 'noise' didn't bother us at all.
We were there on a really hot weekend & the room air cooling was sufficient.
The breakfast was authentic and even though it was busy, didn't feel crowded.
Points I would raise:
No usb points in room and a double socket wasn't working in the bedroom (reported) which meant we had to charge our phones in a separate area.
I don't know why some hotels don't provide water for the room. A bottle in the fridge on arrival would be most welcome.
Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.
