Cofresi Palm Beach & Spa Resort All Inclusive

Nice show but internet slow and need pay for that.

It took over an hour to check in and we where lucky we where some of the first people in line, way understaffed . Once check in we got a ride right away to our building . Rooms were ok but no safe and not even a toilet paper holder in the bathroom. Food was below par . No discoteca at night only have a casino open now which is small and no “life “ inside of it. Many spots closed under construction which was never mentioned when reservation was made or at check in. The amount of time we had to wait to get to the lobby to check out was another hour and half process. The big shuttles don’t take hand bag luggage then only one van running to take luggage while groups of 20 or more people are waiting to get while empty golf cart just keep passing and staying they can’t take us. Just super slow and has nothing to offer. I would have been happier staying at my house for the night. Complete waste of money. We have been coming for years and this will for sure be the last time .

No AC in the room I call more the 3 time and nobody did anything.The service is very poor and the cleanliness in the areas is poor. In general, I wouldn't return to that place.

The lounging bed cabanas on the sand with views of the ocean were comfortable and beautiful. The food was delicious. Angelica, the concierge, was professional and very attentive in addressing questions that I had. I would return to this resort.

Never stay a gain

I love my country, the Dominican Republic, and always look forward to visiting—but my experience at Cofresi Palm Beach was extremely disappointing. The customer service was absolutely horrible. Staff were unhelpful, dismissive, and at times even rude. I didn’t feel like a valued guest at all. I expected a relaxing and respectful environment, but what I received was poor communication, lack of attention to basic needs, and overall unprofessionalism. It's really unfortunate because the resort has potential, but the staff’s attitude ruined the entire stay. If management is reading this, I hope you seriously address the quality of service you provide. This hotel does not reflect the warm and welcoming spirit of the Dominican people that I’m proud to be part of.

First equipment as tv are damage. No parking enough. The food so bad. The atention it complete for VIP People. You can see small snake in side way.

Customer service was terrible. Employees needs to be better trained on hospitality and tourism. I didn’t have hot water in my room first 2 days. The cofresi palm seems to be the lowest end of the lifestyle resorts and they treat you as such. Was told you only get 1 hr of free WiFi per day and it would be $45 for my stay. When I tried to purchase the additional WiFi it was not working. Employees can do a better job at maintaining pool area through out day lots of plastic cups kept piling up. Better explanation of what is available throughout property should be explained at check in. Additionally I didn’t appreciate the constant asking to check out their store from gift shop owners etc. I’m on vacation in what’s supposed to be a private resort!! Safe to say I wouldn’t return. I wasn’t the only one complaining Positives were the beach was relatively clean. Close to ocean world. The shuttles were frequent to get around property. There were nightly shows

Would never stay here again. The room smell of mildew/mold made it so hard to breathe. We had roaches in our room and the tub and sink were backed up. My pillows showed signs of mold and smelled like it. The pillow covers had old blood stains on them and the sheets, towels, bed are all worn out.

This was the worst resort that ever visit, DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND TIME!! AC at the room are not working, NONE OF THEM, the lobby and the main pool, including one of the restaurant are under construction. In order for my family and I to eat we would have to take a shuttle bus to the others resort in order to get dinner and breakfast. Only one bar was open in the resort for all the other bars we would have to take the shuttle once again to another resort. My room door didn’t lock properly, AC not working at all, I reported it to the lobby twice and once at the guess office but they didn’t fixed it or changed my room. It was the worst stayed I ever had, I had my kids sleeping on the floor because the rooms were so hot. My little one has Autism, I explained that to them a couple of times and for them it was like we were saying nothing. It did not matter if we complained they were not there to fixed any of the issues or give us a better customer service. We tried to get a late checked out or any type of compensation and the only thing that “supervisor” had to offer us was a 3 dollar bottle of wine. After all the issues we ran into with the staff and all, the amount of money we paid for the stayed including the almost three hours we waiting and last to check in all they had to offer was this 3 dollars wine. We were not the only one that had the issues with the Ac and the rooms, some of them even the toilet didn’t flush, had flooding all over the room. Some even had ceiling leaks

Service was terrible from front desk to bartenders ant restaurants. I was even accused of not delivering the room safe key at checkout. When I went back to the front desk, I was told that it was an attendant mistake. Bartenders refused to prepare frozen drinks because there were too many people. Some waiters refused to get drinks from the nearby bar because bartenders supposedly would not deliver drinks to them which was not true because others did.

The beach was just OK. The food was OK, it was not amazing but I did feel safe and the properties were beautiful. My room was clean. No complaints.

Room was poorly mainten

A/C units should be checked before checking tenants in. The food was ok, buffet and individual restaurants shared similar food concept.

Front desk very bad customer service and check in takes too long. First room we got was in a bad conditions no tables or dresser and the bathtub was clogged. Mosquitos flying in the room and the TV kept turning on and off. I asked for a different room and they told me I had to wait until next day. My husband asked to speak to supervisor and we got one that same day. We had no hot water until the day we checked out.

This is my first review ever and we can say that we would never return to this resort. During our 5 night stay, we have had a terrible experience. From the very beginning of our stay, we had experienced cold showers and no internet connection. We have explained and discussed about it multiple times to reception and supervisor. They stated that they will send someone to get it “fixed”. However, the following nights there was no fix, they tried to switch our rooms and it was a room that was smaller and still no hot water or internet. It became a “general” problem across the resort, which they never mentioned from the beginning. We spend 5 nights without any hot water and any internet connection in our room. When I had originally booked the resort there was no information on renovation being done. Upon our arrival, there was a pool renovation happening and a restaurant closed also due to renovation. The reception, service, and employees were very rude and dry. They did not have any sense of urgency to help us or their customers. When explaining anything such as concerns or trying to reserve, there was attitude and eye rolling. I wouldn’t personally recommend any of my family and friends to consider staying at this resort. I truly hope the management, employees, and the service becomes better.
