I loved this place

Unfortunately, my experience at this place was very negative. The rooms were not comfortable: one was dirty, one had a broken window, and the beds were old, had woodworm and rattled when moved. In addition, the customer service was lousy. In addition, the customer service was lousy. They took a long time to attend to us, and when they finally did, the person in charge did not offer any solution and, to top it off, made discriminatory comments towards the disabled people who accompanied us, saying: "this is not a resort for the disabled, get better information".

Everything was beautiful. Everyone was welcoming. Only issue was with the WIFI.

The employee they was nice service and if they fixed the room and bathroom will be nice

The grounds are beautiful and large so there is a lot to see, but we will not be coming back here. For context, during our one-week stay, I had three alcoholic drinks only because I didn’t want to get sick from the ice. But I did get sick from the drinking water and the food. I had severe diarrhea, fever, chills and vomiting on my third day.

We had a nice stay at this resort for my birthday. We went for lunch after checkin to wait for room to be ready and in less than 10 minutes I noticed I only had one towel card, went and told them immediately. Upon check out I was charged $20 for the missing card, never even used a pool towel. That tainted my stay a bit

Need to upgrade.. I don’t really enjoy this hotel.. if you don’t have a vip membership you not have to Many options… food was ok..

The guest services staff is very incompetent, they only give excuses and no solutions. We reserved our taxi with them to get to the airport but the taxi never showed, causing us to almost miss our flight. Everything is very far away. The food and drinking water were terrible, causing stomach pain, diarrhea and vomiting. The shower water was often cold, etc.

It is a very nice place to stay, but someone stole my over $ 400 prescriptions eye glasses that was not nice.

Love the junior room love the the activities food was ok but overall i would stayed again for sure

Over 1.5 hrs to check in. Room wasn't what was booked. AC leaked on floor. Water in shower was Luke warm at best. Noisey, sub standard wifi

When looking for an all inclusive stay with nice accommodations for an affordable price you cant look past this property. The beach and oceans are nice even though not crystal clear waters like some areas, the room(junior suite) was spacious and comfortable but lacked anything but warm water like you read in other reviews(but not a huge deal for us as it was warm enough), the pools were nice and alot of them everywhere, The restaurant were good to great when and if yuo could get a reservation which seemed and was sort of difficult (our order of favs Bellini italian, Rodichio Brazilian steakhouse, El Pilon dominican, then the buffets), there is a lot of stairs but not terribly bad in moderate health and if not or dont feel it they have plentiful shuttles, the beaches had great lounge area with aot of seating options with our favorite being NV Beach because the beach service was great with Paola and Gabriella, and the bartender Joel de Leon was the man. Better quality of products here if you ask also. Overall a 5 out of 10 but would have been a 6.5 if not for one big issue with us ordering a Jim Beam bourbon at one higher end bar. We watched them pour out of jim beam bottle but the product was DEFINATELY not Jim Beam which is both unethical and wrong on many levels. The bartender was super apologetic and truly a warm and nice guy and did all he could do in a bad situation but still questionable experience. We took excursion to falls which was nice but very hard walk.

After a very disappointed check in and a room with 2 beds instead of king bed as requested and a very bad ceiling leak all over the bathroom. I complained and Jose Angel Rivera & Jose Luis Gonzalez (VIP Dep.)changed my room very quickly and was very professional. Also the staff around was amazing. People like Leonel Perez Castillo and Mileidy Pinela Perez in Buffet Perla did a fantastic job servicing. I will go back to this place in the future.
