Had a wonderful trip! Kevin Paulino was the guest experience specialist that was appointed to us at check-in and we are so happy that he was. Kevin was quick to introduce himself was professional, personable and quick to respond to texts and anything that we needed. Top notch customer service provided to us by Kevin. We will be requesting him on our next visit.

Great all inclusive! Travelled here with my husband a 4 boys ranging from 9-18. The food was decent, we loved the nearby excursions, and having a concierge for support throughout our stay was definitely beneficial. Wish the beach was nicer but completely out of their control and wish there were more authentic Dominican food, but the excursion provided us with a nice tasting experience. The boys liked the family lounge when it wasn’t too crowded and the hotel rooms were spacious. Overall great!

Extremely clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful, it’s been a pleasure to be able to experience this resort, I am willing to recommend it to anyone who wants to go there, an amazing experience!!

Overall we did enjoy our time here. Things that will probably deter us from visiting again are as follows: the shower runs into the bathroom, the food was not very good and was almost alway cold from the buffet, we requested wash cloths multiple times and did not receive any or only got one, room service food was never good.

We loved the staff attending the bars — everyone was exceptionally kind and welcoming. Special thanks to Alejandro at the lobby area bar and Alexandra in the spa area; both went above and beyond to make our experience even more enjoyable
The only thing I didn't like was that, in the meal reservation area, the best time slots were never available — even when I logged in right at the opening time for reservations.

We had a great time at the resort. The rooms were neat and cozy. The food was acceptable not great. We mostly went to the buffet as we went with our 5 and 2 year olds and they liked it. The
kids also had a blast at the pools, lazy river and water park. We.would recommend bringing life vests for kids as most pools are 4 ft deep. The tubes available at the lazy river are also too big for small kids, so the swim vests came in handy. The beaches were nice, but it was seaweed season, so we didnt venture into the water.
One thing to watch out for is timeshare sellers, they wear white shirts similar to the resort employees but without the ocean logo, they approach you with welcome gifts on the first day. Politely declined and they didn't bother further.
Overall we had a very enjoyable experience as a family.

Clean property, family friendly, great entertainment for all ages, food was good, drinks at the bars could be better, lazy river is great for all ages.
Our only issue was the pool towels, you had to wait for hours or a day to get any available.
Reynaldo our concierge was awesome, he helped us a lot with restaurant’s reservations and pool towels.

I traveled with my mom and 4-year-old to Ocean El Faro, and overall the experience was underwhelming. At check-in, our request for double beds was ignored, and instead, we were given a makeshift bed setup in the living room—unacceptable for a 7-night stay. The room needed maintenance: broken fixtures, a non-working jet tub, and a window with no covering that let in sunlight at 5:30 AM. Worst of all, our room wasn’t cleaned until Friday night despite daily requests. No fresh towels, no bottled water—multiple calls were ignored until Maria from night shift finally helped us.
Food was repetitive and just okay; only buffets for breakfast/lunch, and no a la carte options until dinner. You must log in daily at 8 AM to reserve restaurants. Communication among staff was poor—our concierge never showed, and we only found out about a private dinner through chance.
Service was hit-or-miss: Johanser Mazara was helpful, but Aurelio at the buffet was rude. Pools felt dirty and uncleaned. Some amenities like bowling and video games required cash and didn’t take cards or room charges.
On a positive note, the staff was kind to my toddler, and Juan at the bowling bar was fantastic. Sadly, the lack of service, cleanliness, and poor communication left a sour taste. We expected much more for the price.

El hotel a la llegada el trato muy bien , el cuarto mucha humedad solo nos colocaron un humidificador pero no arregló nuestro problema la limpieza de las piscinas muy desagradable el baño del cuarto con mucho detalle de construcción los conectores de luz de la habitación solo sirvió uno teníamos que cargar los celulares en el baño dimos la queja nunca nos arreglaron el problema nunca tuvimos un control de televisión para el cuarto , había otro grupo que también fueronjunto con nosotros La pasó mal con pólvo ácaros en los sofá cama y en su cuarto y diferentes perosonas que no conocíamos quejándose que el aire no les enfriaba al igual que a nosotros el aire casi enfriaba yo digo un hotel tan bonito pero tan descuidado en ese aspecto la comida si puedo decir estaba buena .
