Believe the negative reviews, it’s definitely a 3 star hotel. If I went in to the hotel as a 3 star maybe I’d feel differently. Room 1512 smelled of mold, gagging, faced the staff parking lot and all the busses, felt very unsafe. Workers come & go & were so loud early mornings. Finally moved the next day to room 710, smelled better however both rooms had comforters/sheets that are stained, torn, gross, need serious TLC! Drinks are disgusting & sugary. Was all-inclusive & didn’t drink. Italian not edible, Hibachi Japanese only decent restaurant but soaks everything in soy sauce even salad! Steakhouse had salmon was raw. Pizza, ice cream not good. Coffee shop decent only if order hot items, cold drinks premade & gross. Beach/snack grill, forget it - waited 90 min for tiny gross chicken burrito. Nightly entertainment horrible, except beach party which was animation team! Animation team does a great job but only speaks to u if u are a party group from Canada. The Canadians are obsessed with this resort due to the value. Sorry Expedia needs to change the star to a 3. The best thing about the resort is MARIA THE BEACH MASSAGE therapist. Had 5 in a wk. If it wasn’t for her, I would have left! She is the best! Everything needs paint, chaulk, cleaning, updating, new linens, etc. I did not put a foot in the pool so dirty. I’ve traveled all over the world this by far worst experience ever! Expedia take some responsibility & don’t put it all on resort go research. No hygiene in buffet!

the trip was awesome! the property has a ton of food options and good food too, and lots going on all the time. the beach is pretty and clean. the excursions were fun but it would be nice to have a clearer description of what they include and how the day is planned, but other than that they were great and the tour guides were awesome. All the drinks were amazing, but don’t get too crazy with them and sprain your ankle because the doctor is at the neighboring resort.

It was a beautiful experience! Pool, beach, and buffet are right next to each other ! Service was amazing! Definitely coming back soon!

Property and setting was beautiful. Buffet staff was extremely attentive. Staff in restaurants, not so much. We could not reach front seat 2 might a in a row due to safety / noise concerns in early morning hours. Some of the rooms had broken handles, light switches not working, missing door to the toilet.

The resort was good had a swim up room , went to 2 of the 3 restaurants the steak house and Italian Restaurant. The Italian red restaurant could use some help with there food.. Other then that the staff was Great

It was below average. The phone in the room did not work. We reported it and for 6 days it was not working. Tv had no options for english language speaking channels. The hot water did not work when we went to take a shower. Pushing numbers on the safe showed different numbers from what we selected. Mini fridge was not refilled daily. Could not get a bell hop to room to bring luggage down for check out. The food was average at best and not enough variety. Same thing served daily. The beach was nice and the pool. Things in the stores on the property were heavily over priced.

The resort was beautiful. The rooms were great and everything was easy to get to. The staff was very friendly.

Nice facility with good service and staff. The pool was really good and the food was excellent. Definitely would be back, the drinks can be a little bit better.

Amazing

We loved this property for our trip in early March! The water wasn’t as blue as the photos, however it was still clear if it didn’t rain that day and the beach was pretty. A little rocky in some areas but if you walked down the beach, it was clear! The food was excellent, the servers had excellent hospitality. Some of the servers did seem a little pushy at the Italian restaurant when we denied wine but the other restaurants it wasn’t a problem. We enjoyed the pizza and gelato shops that were in the all inclusive package. The drinks were excellent. They cleaned your room daily, if you wanted, in which they restocked the mini fridge. You could also get more bottled water at the sports bar. Overall we loved this resort!

Not fully all inclusive. Verrrrry restrictive! Not allowed more than 2 dinners at the restaurants in a 5 night stay! Couldn’t have top Brand alcohol. Was reserved for vip only. Which is the vacation program, much like a timeshare. You don’t get alllll the all inclusive unless you spend $20,000 on the program. It’s a scam.
