Spacious and comfortable suites. Modern and beautifully appointed rooms. Attractive and spacious hotel reception and a large breakfast buffet. This hotel offers an exceptionally comfortable stay at a very good price. The shuttle driver met us at the airport and the drive to the hotel was only approx 8 minutes. Staff are helpful, polite, smart. I loved everything about our stay at EB.

It’s the best hotel in Quito. We always stay at this property when we are in Quito. The staff are always welcoming, breakfast is amazing, includes transportation to and from the airport in a nice clean van. Has a security at the front entrance. Highly recommend it to anyone!

This is a great place to stay, I've been here twice and will continue to do so every time I stay in Quito.
The staff are great and even offered to drive me in to nearby stores to purchase items I needed, they could not have been better.
You get great value and professional service with this hotel and I'd recommend them to anyone.

This hotel is the nicest one near the Quito Airport. I travel often and have tried most of the competitors in the area. The EB Hotel is squeaky clean and has comfortable beds, nice showers, a good breakfast, and friendly and helpful staff. They also offer shuttle service to and from the airport, which is an added plus. It is a gem —highly recommend!

AMAZING!! This place is beautiful and it smells like a spa throughout! The room is just gorgeous. The beds are adjustable for firmness and our extremely comfortable. The shower has not one but two rainfall shower heads. The toiletries smell very high end. There were beautiful chocolates and fruit set out in our room upon arrival. There are 2 toilets. One private and one in the big bathroom. Double sink vanity . There are ample outlets and charging ports. I know I’m leaving something out but I’m gonna end my review with the wonderful dinner we had at the restaurant! The food was fresh and beautifully presented!! We have our long journey home tomorrow and I can’t say enough about how wonderful this place is! Oh and the 6 of us booked massages for tonight and tomorrow! It doesn’t get much better than that! One more thing, the shuttle from the airport was fantastic!! We were met with someone holding a sign with our name! Doesn’t get smoother than that!!

Yesterday I arrived at the Quito airport midmorning, after an international flight. I was exhausted. Within 30 minutes after collecting my baggage in luggage claim, I was enjoying a gourmet lunch in the Eb Hotel restaurant paired with fine wine from the hotel bar. I was met at the airport by Angel, a hotel transport chauffeur, holding a branded name sign. Reception staff greeted me as I entered the hotel lobby and produced the necessary documents for my signature before escorting me to a lovely room with a mountain view. All this was made possible through the Expedia app, including both booking request and also transport request. After lunch, I slept 15 hours [without sleep aids] and woke without an alarm at 6:15 am, just in time for an extraordinary buffet breakfast. I continued my seafood theme with shrimp ceviche. And I also enjoyed fresh tropical fruit and juices, as well as Ecuadorian specialities. As they say in Latin America: 'todo bien' [it's all good].
