Smaller complex than we are use to pool area also small Service was excellent just depends whether your prefer this more quieter intimate setting

This four-star hotel exceeded our expectations. With amazing location among greenery next to a golf course, excellent food in all-inclusive restaurants, high cleaning standards and professional staff (including very helpful and friendly Negm at the reception desk), you cannot go wrong with this choice. It's an excellent value for money. Highly recommended.

Beautiful grounds! 10 min walk to the beach but there were shuttles all day. All around a wonderful stay! The staff was very accommodating and went out of their way to make sure you had everything you need! Thank you!

Exceptional service by staff

This trip was exceptional due to the welcome back or new staff friendliness - feeling 'cared for' after lockdown isolation meant a great deal to me. I felt more at home than with my family. Wallah!! (I swear) As a solo traveller, i didnt feel alone AT ALL.... staff and management alike made me feel I was a valued guest and friend. I normally read 3 or 4 thick books per week on holiday. I was such a social butterfly, i struggled to find time to read. For my personality - that was amazing. I must say many indivuals made my holiday amazing, but Anna the Customer Service lady is a superstar. We clicked immediately. She checked on me and assisted me over and above my expectations. Thank you doesn't cover how grateful i was. Chef Emad made it his mission to make sure i had something to eat when my limited eating habits must have been a nightmare for him. I LOVED my food. So a big THANK YOU to him and all restaurant staff. The waiters there are beyond wonderful. They work long hours and are always so helpful and cheerful, AND efficient!! I admit I had a blip with my shower the first day, but it was dealt with immediately. (Bearing in mind the hotel had been unused during lockdown, there must have been odd minor issues in some rooms). BUT, there is no way MY issue could have been resolved any faster. The animation team and pool staff deserve praise for thier work too. Mr Ayman was so helpful and caring. If im honest, im miserable at home, cant wait to go back!!

On checking in my room was not as described. I spent the first day of my holiday sat in reception waiting for a arrogant unprofessional Junior Manager to rectify. Several members from the hotel team made apologies for his behaviour and explained he was unwell & sick... However overall the staff at this hotel are wonderful and go out of their way to make you feel welcome & your stay enjoyable. Rooms are spotlessly clean fantastic housekeeping and the gardens are beautiful.

It was such a relaxing and friendly hotel all employees from receptionist, bar man ,animation team , restaurant all try to make a wonderful stay for us above all they made a surprising birthday party to my little kid thank you so much jaz saraya

What makes a good hotel? The staff! And the staff at this hotel are absolutely amazing. The hotel, food, drinks, ammenities etc are all incredible...but I cannot begin to say how good the staff are. From bus boy to managing director there is a smile and eagerness to make sure you enjoy your stay. I would personally like to thank Mr Mohammed the restaurant manager who went above and beyond to make sure our stay was exceptionally comfortable. Even arranging for our table to be decorated and a cake for our anniversary. Thank you sir, you touched my heart. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who appreciates attention to detail and amazing service. Thank you all at Saraya Palms, you were fabulous 💚⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐💚

amazing hotel, almost everything is perfect, the hotel itself, the service, pools, aqua park, beach, shams restaurant. all is perfect, one small comment is that the bed could be better in terms of comfort and cleanliness. they are good but could be better.
