The hotel has a great location and very nice views, especially from the rooftop restaurant. However, the breakfast buffet was disappointing, and while the rooftop has a beautiful view, the food was just okay. The door cards were also frustrating as they often didn’t work properly. One disappointing experience was when I asked for water; the staff said okay but completely ignored my request until the next day when I complained. Overall, the view and emplacement are the main highlights, but the service and food need improvement

I was very surprised on how modern and clean the room was. The breakfast was also very pleasing and had a variety of options. Even the staff were smiling the whole time and were super nice. If I came to Cairo again, Novotel would be my go to.
