Service was great. Breakfast was a terrific buffet. Staff took good care of us. The room was clean. some stuff needed repair, and something really confused me. I asked to extend my stay, and the front desk person told me they were sold out. I went up to my room and booked it on Expedia, and came back downstairs and the very same person extended my stay....... very odd.

I had to get a room change because the one we’re given was dirty. The second room was barely n a little better. For a hotel with Hilton as its name I was totally unimpressed. This should not happen in a hotel with a name with status.

This hotel under delivers for the price. It’s was asked many times if there was anything that could be done to improve my stay, and when I asked for things, (like housekeeping to replenish face cloths, and in room instant coffee) the requests were only met half the time. This hotel is as expensive as some of the best hotels in Egypt, but for value, it did not meet my expectations as compared to other properties.

Conveniently located for the airport and the city; multiple restaurant options, room (twin Nile View) spacious, clean and v comfortable. Busy hotel with a lot of groups and functions on a major interchange so no real walking to options though

Staff were friendly, check-in was late by 2 hours and i got free upgrade to corner unit, room was dated, fride was in bad shape electricity outlet next to bed was damaged...and they stole my socks!! Even dirty ones got stolen, I told Management and they said they will followup with a call but never heard from them. Beware and keep ur socks in the safe, someone there has socks addiction or something!!!!
