It was a wonderful experience for me at Ramses Hilton Hotel. The staff were very friendly, the stay was comfortable for two weeks, and the price was suitable for the stay. The most beautiful thing about it was the manager: Mrs. Ramanda. She is a sophisticated person in dealing with customers and has sufficient experience in her field of work. I thank her very much.

Possibly the worst Hilton hotel in the world. First night they gave me a smoking room although I had booked a non smoking. Rooms are in horrible shape, worn and dirty. Food is so so.

Tres satisfaits, nous n'avons pas attribues 5 etoiles au total car le volume du son de la musique (quelle soit ambiante ou d'animation) est vraiment beaucoup trop fort de plus amplifié par le grand espace.
Nous avons préféré aller manger ( et tant mieux c'etait super).

servIce across theboar. The food, was excellent, rooms were cleanemployees were courteous turoughou my stay. I wished l could stay longer. The shift manager was knowledgeable and friendly. This is now my tourist destination next time.
