吹風機故障，打了五通電話等了半個小時，我的頭髮都快乾了，找經理也愛理不理，客訴也沒用，服務很爛，不過客房很乾淨舒適，景觀佳

埃及开罗环境很差。酒店相对比其他国家差点。感觉在酒店安全性不错。

Did not have breakfast

Tres satisfaits, nous n'avons pas attribues 5 etoiles au total car le volume du son de la musique (quelle soit ambiante ou d'animation) est vraiment beaucoup trop fort de plus amplifié par le grand espace. Nous avons préféré aller manger ( et tant mieux c'etait super).

Very good

It was a wonderful experience for me at Ramses Hilton Hotel. The staff were very friendly, the stay was comfortable for two weeks, and the price was suitable for the stay. The most beautiful thing about it was the manager: Mrs. Ramanda. She is a sophisticated person in dealing with customers and has sufficient experience in her field of work. I thank her very much.

設備が古いのは仕方ないですが お値段以上に良い滞在になりました 街の中心でうるさいのは仕方なし でも、考古学博物館にも徒歩で行く事ができ 朝食が素晴らしいクオリティーで 満足できます。

servIce across theboar. The food, was excellent, rooms were cleanemployees were courteous turoughou my stay. I wished l could stay longer. The shift manager was knowledgeable and friendly. This is now my tourist destination next time. Keep the it up!

Outstanding property, supreme location, great restaurants, impeccably clean, and knowledgeable/helpful/friendly/highly-skilled staff. This place is managed by brilliant people. The rooms are comfortable and have beautiful views of the city and/or river. The hotel is within walking distance to the Egyptian Museum. River cruises are just a short walk away. If you have any concerns, the staff work to help you immediately. The breakfast buffet has everything you could want, including western and middle eastern fare. Their gym has everything needed to get a complete cardio and/or strength workout in. I highly recommend this hotel.

Otel tahrir meydanına yakın eski müzenin arka tarafında merkezi bir yerde. Odalar çok esk, halıların ve özellikle duvar kağıtlarının değişmesi lazım ama acilen prizlerin tamir edilmesi gerekiyor, bir sefer kaçak yaptı. Kahvaltılar iyi, loungelardaki yemek kaliteleri de iyi zaten bölgede yemek-içme problemi olduğundan otelde yemek daha mantıklı.

Nice Hotel. From my room i see the nile. Good Staff. In the hotel Have Bank inside and open all dyas can make change any time. Is safety hotel. Good security.
