First and foremost i would like to thank all the staff of your hotel. they are very attentive and welcoming with a great smile. Especially Donna from the japanese restaurant, she is a great human being. I do believe she'll be a great asset for your establishment in the near future. I definitely recommend your hotel .

Such a comfortable hotel. You need everything you want inside the hotel complex. The staff were extremely helpful and sweet.

Had a perfect stay. Excellent service from all staff. Clean facilities. Gym is huge and amazing. They upgraded my room and gave me a stunning view. I’m a solo traveler from the USA/Canada and had an amazing time in Egypt in part because hotel was such a nice home base. Highly recommend! No negatives other than don’t order the Caesar salad lol

This hotel was great. It is right by the river nile. I was able to see the Pyramids from my hotel room and get a view of the Nile river. In the morning you could see the sail boats. It was fascinating. The staff were excellent, v. friendly and helpful. Special shoutout to Asmaa. The restaurants are great. The breakfast was awesome. The only issue with this hotel is the constant cigarette smell in the lobby, at the entrance and in the hallway. It's literally everywhere even though there are no smoking signs posted. I was glad I couldn't smell it in my room.

Weve booked a club nile view room for two nights, arrived at 12 to check in at the reception and were directed to the lounge at 23rd floor for club and suites check in. The ladies at the lounge Mariam marina and mortina were super welcoming professional and nice. The lounge was panoramic you can see all cairo around you from there. Offering snacks through out the day and would like to give special thanks to Cristina as well for her special hospitality and kindness.
In general staff in the lounge are very great.
The room was of medium size but newly renovated and clean. The view from balcony over the nile was spectacular and the bed was comfortable.
Two annoying things theough the stay that waa daily checkup on the inventory in the mini bar 🙁why i need someone knocking my door for this purpose as if im in police academy?!! And second annoying is how pushy and annoying the housekeeping to clean the room even when you nicely explain you dont need anything. As well as the security and hotel staff in the back door are to persistent to provide extra services you dont need, but didnt face the same in the front gate.
Breakfast was varied and the view in the main restaurant was so good. Service at breakfast was so good as well. Special thanks to Marina.
Location was great just in the middle of cairo easy to go anywhere.

The rooms was a little noisy lots of people jumping on top of the room. Service at breakfeast awful no body cares... waiters are like zombies there. Checkin to pushy trying to upsale the rooms.
