Beware of taxi scams with uber . The hotel offers rides to the airport for 80 USD. it’s up to you if you decide to pay it. Think smart. Besides that the hotel was great!

I am waiting my refund on the room, I paid and didn’t get the service, I was told they will approve my cancelation with the OTA, a person with the name of Mahmoud introduce himself as a FO manager but is very unprofessional how they handle the things, not answering the enquires from Expedia and just taking the money from the customers, I heard this about Egypt but in a “five star” hotel I mean, I am waiting the result and an answer, I hope the reservations answer the phone and communicate with front office about this issue and maybe the General Manager train the staff in this kind of matters, Marriott brand doesn’t stand for this all the opposite and reason why some of us choose the brand but with this kind of hotels is difficult to trust and find better places with better customer service, empathy, professionalism and standards

The property was clean and well maintained. The staff were friendly and professional. There are several very good restaurant options as well as room service. We had an excellent stay.

The Ravi breakfast lounge was magnificent with wonderful service. The Sheraton Club lounge on the 26th floor of the South Tower was a treat and an essential retreat each day from our trips out into Cairo. The food was excellent, the service discrete and attentive and the views over Cairo to the pyramids to the east and south were memorable. Thank you everyone at the Sheraton

Definitely worth using the Sheraton's Mercedes pick-up service from the airport, as their man breezed us through customs\passpoet control, took us to no-wait lines and escorted us all the way to the very nice car right out front, so no waiting, delay or hassle coming off an overnight flight 👍 People on our boat were stood up by 4.9 rated Viator pickup that never showed up and cost them hours at the airport. 🙄 Room was excellent, prices very reasonable to just eat in the hotel that was upscale and safe, with security protocols to make it a welcome place to stay. We would definitely stay there again. ✅

The food was excellent, lots of variety, and the staff was very helpful and attentive! Especially Ibrahim, his service and mannerism were excellent, and has a great sense of humor, we had a great time with him! The rooms were also very clean, amazing views of the Nile! And many thanks to the house keeping, especially Mahmoud and Shaymaa, so helpful with a great smile. In general, the hotel staff were helpful, polite and very accommodating to our needs! Special thanks to the managers Hiba and Ameen. I would also like to thank yourself and juhaira who made sure we felt welcome and accommodated! Overall, a wonderful stay! Would definitely recommend!

The customer service is poor. They ignore you half the time, phone hangup countless. Rooms were ok. We left one of my jewelry box in the room. Contacted the manager and he was able to locate it w the security. When we came back; forget how many people we had to ask. 4 pieces of jewelry that was not only expensive but had significant sentimental value to my niece because it was from her that father. There was absolutely no accountability or responsibility Two different managers and none of them responded

Stayed for 3 nights in a family suite. Very spacious and modern room. Great service from all staff. Great breakfast. Lovely view and club lounge. Totally recommend

The staff were extremely welcoming, especially those in reception (Mr Yousef in particular). Mr Omar, the breakfast’s manager, and on the breakfast’s staff, Mostafa were always there to answer any questions we might have had and they were very hospitable.

Good customer service, But the traffic noise doesn't let you sleep peacefully.

This is a solid choice with a lot going on. Views are fantastic. The Nile visible depending on your room. Service was great. Food equally so. The only reason it doesn’t get five stars from me is it’s a big and busy place. You can get lost in the shuffle on service depending I think, not enough to be aggravating just noticeable. And you are located near a bridge and relatively bury circle. Making access to what you want to see excellent but it’s busy out there. The location is great for with Giza or the Old City which are a reasonable drive away with a local knowledgeable driver. I would stay here again should I return to see the GEM which sadly I missed but might justify a return visit.
