Will definately stay again, lovely rooms with very comfy beds and a great view. Check in/out was very straightforward, staff very polite and accommodating. Breakfast was lovely too with a good range to chose from on menu.

The room was nice but, the duvet was not warm it was of thin quality and the pillows were not comfortable. The tap at the bathrooom sink was unstable. The breakfast was good but could have been hotter.

Our room was clean and comfortable. It was a good size and set up for a family as we needed. We were disappointed that the spa was closed, an odd decision to close the spa at the weekend when travellers are most likely to want to use it. Breakfast was a little underwhelming but plenty to choose from. The cereal packets were quite a long way out of date. The traffic was quite loud from our room at the front of the hotel. A room at the back would be much better to be able to sleep through. Just wish the spa was open, it was a reason we booked this property.

Great location. The bed was rather hard and we didn’t get much sleep as we could not get comfortable. It didn’t do my back any good. Bedroom and bathroom spotless, no complaints. I think they need more staff as when we checked in and out no one was on reception. I had to go and find them in the kitchen. It was the same at breakfast. We could hear the staff chatting but it took a while for them to serve us. This said everyone was friendly and polite. If I knew that the bed would be comfortable I would stay again.

A lovely stay at 315, an amazing but deceiving venue, as from the outside it just looks like a friendly modern pub, but when you go in the mass of space and looks are amazing! Fantastic bedrooms with amazing sceneries, slept well! Our parents room was cold as the heating thermostat wasn't working to adjust the temperature so they never had the greatest freedom of comfort, but the staff supplied a heater for them! Their room was considered a wedding room, four post bed with a fully glassed panelled wall leading out to a personal patio, this would be excellent for the summer months! Breakfast could have been a bit more served, but nicely presented and tasty! Would definitely go again and would recommend this venue 100%!

Spacious room. Very clean. Lovely bathroom and shower. Breakfast cooked to order- lovely. Only downside - although bathroom radiator was red hot, radiator in room only warm - so a bit cool in bedroom

Lovely hotel, very friendly and helpful staff. We didn't use many of the amenities as we were in town for a birthday party, but it provided a very relaxing base for us and our 3 kids. Very comfortable beds with lovely quality sheets and beautiful views into the countryside. We'd stay again.

We stayed here for one night and were looked after and made to feel very welcome from minute one. The staff are extremely helpful and you get that warm homely feeling whilst enjoying fine dining and cuisine at the restaurant. This is a real hidden gem and I think the booking pages don’t exactly do it justice. There is a real buzz and positivity about the staff as they continue to introduce new events whilst maintaining the traditional appeal of the 315. Of course a special mention for Blaine who was passionate and attentive to our every need. Yes we remembered your name!😁

Very nice hotel option - good options on the menu and popular beer choices. Room was strangely laid out with a tiny TV mounted on the wall. Bed was comfy. Strangely only 1 set of towels for a double bedroom. Bathroom sink was tiny with tap that was too big. Nice for one evening but no more

Had an amazing weekend for my partners birthday. We also had a couple massage and ate in the restaurant, food was amazing. Staff were great, especially the tall guy behind the bar. Thank you all. We will return.

Generally very good with helpful and friendly staff. The main areas of Reception, Bar, Restaurant were all lovely and tastefully decorated. Breakfast was good with a wide choice. Whilst relatively new, our room was a little tatty though. The bathroom door was damaged and the sealant on the shower was mouldy. The shower cubicle was a good size but the floor was smooth and very slippery. The extractor fan just couldn’t cope and after a quick shower the walls, floor and mirrors were dripping wet. The external areas looked a bit tatty too. The roof was covered in moss, weeds were growing from the gutters and the external patio areas needed cleaning. Overall it was good value for money but it would benefit from a little more maintenance overall.

The staff were lovely, and the service was excellent. If i was to improve on anything it would be the ingredient quality at breakfast. Breakfast was a lithle disappointing. The food was mediocre. Good choice, but when it arrived it was small and bland. With cheaper ingredients. It felt like a missed opportunity to really impress. The cost of improving these ingredients would be minimal , but the impression it would leave with clients, would greatly increase. Shame as the meal we had the night before in the restaurant was excellent. Breakfast just needs to be raised to that level.

We stayed @ 315 for a motown evening event. Overall it was an enjoyable night, good food, good atmosphere the room was spacious & clean 👍

The hotel staff were very welcoming and friendly. Our room was at the rear of the hotel and so we had a lovely view of the surrounding countryside. A very delicious breakfast was included in the tariff. We stayed there for four days and included in those four days was an 80th birthday party. The catering for the birthday reflected the very high quality of the service we experienced during our stay. My wife and I would definitely stay again should we visit from Australia.

The hotel is relatively new, very clean and well presented. The food was excellent and certainly good value for money. The duty manager was very helpful and he obviously works very hard. Other staff would benefit from some training in order to bring service levels up to a higher level. Recommended.
