This is a closest hotel to University of Surrey. Which was our main purpose to visit this city. The service was excellent. We arrived like 8 in the morning tired after long haul flight from Malaysia and yet the lady receptionist (apology I didn't take the name) was getting us a room at let us check in. The first time I have ever experienced something like this. You felt very welcome here. Thanks!

I had a fantastic stay at De Vere Horsley estate. It is spacious, impeccably clean, and beautifully designed. The pool was a good size, though not very deep, and perfect for a relaxing dip. I enjoyed exploring the expansive property on my own. The staff were exceptional, and the food was excellent. Overall, it was a peaceful and enjoyable experience. Highly recommended!"
