Lovely hotel and lovely staff! The manager (Jan) the evening we stayed went above and beyond to rectify an issue we had and moved our room within 10 minites of us talking to him! Excellent experience, will definately be back.

Me and my boyfriend had an amazing little getaway from our busy lives here. Much needed break. They were so accommodating, the beds are so comfy, the spa was lovely and so were the cocktails. The staff were so professional and kind. We plan to come back and maybe even for a little longer.

One of the main reasons I booked this hotel and paid the full advertised price was for the spa facilities, which were clearly promoted as part of the stay. On arrival, I was informed that the spa was out of order and unavailable. This was extremely disappointing and not what I paid for. Had I been informed in advance, I would not have proceeded with the booking or would have expected a reduced rate. No prior notice, only alternative was discounted treatments which was sufficient given me staying with my elderly nan who is unable to use any of the treatments this significantly impacted our stay.

Parking major problem no clear instructions so parked in the wrong place and got a parking ticket. 80% of fine offset against hotel bill. Slightly disappointing to have to pay £10 each to use the spa facilities. Jacuzzi not very warm. Only 1 route down to reception from floor so long walk of at end of the corridor. All other aspects of hotel very good with good service
