Really nice hotel in Guildford. Parking was available for a fee and everything was walkable from there. Room was comfortable and clean. Spa was nice but didn’t have time to book anything.

Checking in was a breeze. Reception were super helpful. However the bed was terrible. The mattress was way too soft and I hate to say it, probably the worst night sleep I’ve had. Disappointing end to a great trip.

Stay was generally very good. 4/5 stars - lost a star as there wasn’t a kettle in the room. The room had recently been refurbished and was lovely. Parking charges are high at £18 per night- on top of the already steep price. We didn’t then add breakfast as the cost would have been so much. But the kettle in the room is a disappointment.

Stayed here quite a few times but this time the room was not good. Cannot open the frosted window and at night was way too hot. Without ac this room was not good. Next time will 100% ask if I am in a cave or will I see light and fresh air!

Room seem very outdated but I believe the hotel is in the process of refurbishing. The fact that the room doesn’t come with a refrigerator (available upon demand, we were told), is also very unusual. Staff was great and loved the buffet breakfast.

would have been good. However Hotels.com had a website error and it booked my room 3 times accidentaly. I applied for a refund but Harbour hotel said there was nothing they could do. So i paid over 1100 pounds for a 1 night stay . Hotels.com tried to get the refund off the hote but was refused. So i wont be using the hotel or Hotel.com again.

The hotel was perfectly fine, but there was nothing outstanding though if we return to Guildford we shall stay there again. The breakfast choice was excellent. The soap dispenser for the bath is attached in a position which can't be reached without standing up. Obviously positioned by someone who only ever uses a shower.

Hotel is lovely but felt as though it was lacking the little touches for a ‘luxury’ hotel. Tea/coffee/kettle hidden in a cupboard rather than out on the side in the room with no complementary biscuits (a little thing but you’d expect for a luxury hotel). No toilet brush in the bathroom and no towel to place on the floor when you get out of the shower.
