Great hotel located close to the city centre vith easy access to local amenities, restaurants and bars. Reception staff very friendly and helpful. Stayed in a superior room which was clean, recently refurbished, well appointed and comfortable. Very good range and quality of breakfast items, restaurant staff again very friendly and helpful. Thank you for a very pleasant stay!

We arrived at the hotel early evening and the staff were polite and friendly. They requested about the purpose of our stay and on telling them we were there for an event offered us an upgrade on our room. The room provided was spacious with a large comfortable bed - though it was quite high! We also had breakfast booked for the morning and there was plenty of choice for both of us - I had a cooked breakfast, while my wife opted for continental - both options were freshly prepared. All in all, I would definitely stay there again. The outside area of the bar is a delight and gives you the feeling of being in southern Europe rather than the UK!

This is the 4th or 5th time I have stayed at the Harbour Hotel and it seems to get better. Great location and great staff. Will definitely return

I was under the impression that as guests we would have use of the leisure facilities. On check-in we were told it was charge of £10 per day per person and also we would have to book a time slot. Not the relaxing swim I had in mind.

Nice clean hotel, friendly staff, above average breakfast. The rooms have AC but it doesn't go lower than 19C and it didn't cool the room enough in the scorching summer heat.

The room was very clean, breakfast was great and the staff were lovely. However… the aircon is quite weak (during 35 degree heatwave!) and I never actually felt cool. I had a twin room and the beds were so so high I had to jump up 😂. The rooms are not sound proofed so you can hear slamming doors and people walking above. You have to pay to use the pool (which is the main reason I booked it, £10 an hour). It’s a small pool so you can’t actually swim. The outdoor by the pool has no shade at all. The communal areas all through the hotel were very warm. I think for the price they charge they could do a courtesy hour at the spa, and definitely should invest in better aircon!

Lovely hotel and a very pleasant stay overall. Only downside was that the air con didn't seem to work very well and I don't believe the window opened. I was boiling during the night! Amazing being able to use the spa and pool in the morning, it was £10 which is very reasonable but it would've been nice if it had been included in the hotel cost as a guest perk. We had an accessible room which wasn't necessary but it was nice and spacious. Some of the amenities in the toilet looked a little worse for wear. Very convenient location. Nice 11am check out :) Didn't have breakfast.

We arrived and we're upgraded which was nice. The room was clean and modern. We wanted to use the spa and had to pay £10.00 per hour pp which wasn't expected. Then the steam room wasnt very hot so that was disappointing. This should of been mentioned before we booked. The breakfast was good. Not somewhere I would visit again in a hurry. Very pricey for what it is.

The staff were professional, friendly and helpful. The ameneties were all that I hoped they would be when booking the stay (Sauna/Gym/Pool/Jacuzzi). I was notified of any additional chargers well before hand and in a clear and concise manner. The food was of a very good quality and in large enough portions. I cannot speak to the Bar, as I rarely drink.
