I didn't like bar service waited for table service no 1 came so ordered at bar [it was not busy ether] ordered drinks with what looked like head bar man he didn't possess the order the other 2 bar man where doing nothing he then started talking to a groop if women which seemed far more important when finished talking to them he forgot our order and had to send bar man over to retake then made 2 drinks wrong out of 3 then you have cheek to charge service charge.All so breakfast was very average dor hotel of that size hot water for tea from flask why have you not aleast got hot boiling water tap coffee machine bot working

The hotel was central and easy to get to lots of bars and restaurants. It seemed modern with lovely reception, bar and cafe areas. It was great having the VIP free parking.
However compared to other hotels we've used in the area the room was disappointing - small room with frosted no-open windows. Having chosen it on the basis of the spa and pool we were disappointed to find it was a further charge of £10 each - PER HOUR to use the pool.

Went to G Live next door. This hotel is a fantastic location as the high street is on its doorstep. Jenny the receptionist was so helpful and friendly. We will use this hotel again.

Well appointed hotel, modern, clean, stylish and room was same as well as being quiet at night. All staff encountered were courteous and helpful. Nice and handy for the G Live venue (next door) and less than 5 mins from town centre.

I was given a nice quiet room as they had to events unfortunately the staff shouts outside in the morning which woke me up.
Disappointed not to have a fridge or a bath mat when coming out of the shower but the rest of it was great

The bed was comfortable. The room was suited my needs, except there was no coffee machine and no toweling robe which would have made my stay much better. The shower was great. The Tv was good. The doors in the building were very heavy could hear lots of slamming doors throughout the night and morning. Apart from that my stay was good. I picked the hotel due to location and the fact it had a pool. The pool was tinny however and not suitable for swimmjng lengths.
