The hotel was immaculate and breakfast was good but the stand out feature of our stay were the staff. All staff we dealt with were extremely helpful, courteous and we loved the sense of humour of the male member of staff greeting us at breakfast. Our room was lovely and comfortable and the discount on hotel bar items was great.

Parking was great, easy to find and very convenient being one floor below the hotel reception. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and tidy. The city centre is on the doorstep so everything was very close. The downside was, no aircon in the room. We were also emailed about early check in which was not available. Told to come back at 2PM when check in time actually was. Then we still couldn’t check in. We were offered free drinks in the bar while we waited but we had to go to the football. The receptionist told us that the free drinks were to be added to our room and we could have them in the evening. However, when we came back and finally managed to check in we were told we had 50% off. Just a little disappointed in the this whole check in service.

Parking was great staff and hotel lovely bed was very comfy Shower wasn’t that hot I would have liked to have been able to turn it up more and the lighting in the room was absolutely awful literally couldn’t see to put my makeup on why these major hotels don’t put good lighting in I will never know

Arrived at hotel, room lovely looking forward to relaxing. Unfortunately we were not able to do so due to some workmen making noise on next floor. We were not told this would potentially be an issue when we checked in. Otherwise nice hotel, good location

The location, the services, breakfast and staff excellent, the only downside is the bed/pillow very uncomfortable, and some noise of moving furniture from 6:30am, when informed staff stated will look into it, unsure whether will visit again as can try better places and competitive prices in Leeds.

Like this hotel with plenty of parking and great location to this city centre, just a short 10min stroll. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby but the hotel bar and food is really good if you want to stay in. Great staff by the way, very helpful and polite
