limited hotel services, much like basic business hotel, tooo bad that the lift to car park was not in service during my stay, I need to walked through stairs with my working stick (I have some problems with my legs)

The room was spotless Very comfy bed And the shower was very great

The room was nice but a bit dusty, i upgarded to get the sky package and rainfall shower. The showrr was lovely but sky didnt work. Got fixed and then stopped working again. Excellent parking and wasy to find. The bed was very comfy and was a super king. Got nespresso and some bits includi g boscuits always a win. The staff were friendly.

The room was fine. Quite nice decor. Bathroom looked clean but under sink and in areas if you looked a bit closer it was quite dirty. Could have done with 2 x the toilet roll and milk for the amount of people in room. Breakfast was overpriced for £10pp as the full English was poor. I was really looking forward to it but ingredients tasted cheap and it was just slop

Great hotel great location - big shout out to Grace

Fabulous room, spotlessly clean. Great bar with good food and drink choices. Reception staff were helpful and very informative. Will stay again

Great hotel but breakfast was very poor. No black pudding, no fried or poached eggs, polates were cold so food was cold before it could be consumed. Otherwise very good hotel.

Very good room and friendly personnel.

Spacious clean room, great service. Its a little bit of a walk from the centre about 10 mins but the benefit is that its quiet.

The room was not what we booked. We also then encountered a range of loud noises from around 9:30 pn to past midnight. Eventually we had to leave the noise was that loud and almost scary! Constant drips, knocks, shoe clanking

It’s was an average standard. Not sure why but no glass door to the shower and no door to cupboard. It seems that we were booked in a room for disabilities. No view. The air was very dry in the rooms. The cover seems it had its days and that needs to be changed. Looks dirty.

I had a later check in. Evening staff were not helpful. My key was put on the desk and nothing further said - no enjoy your evening - no this is your room number - nothing. I had to confirm my room number, as the handwriting was slightly squished, to which I received a solitary “yes” reply. I was then wandering about the foyer trying to find the lift. Only another customer offered support. The room had no TV and the radiator ran like a babbling brook.
