The location, the services, breakfast and staff excellent, the only downside is the bed/pillow very uncomfortable, and some noise of moving furniture from 6:30am, when informed staff stated will look into it, unsure whether will visit again as can try better places and competitive prices in Leeds.

Like this hotel with plenty of parking and great location to this city centre, just a short 10min stroll. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby but the hotel bar and food is really good if you want to stay in. Great staff by the way, very helpful and polite

Room was huge but a bit dark. Bathroom a little dated - shower didn't maintain a constant temperature and was a bit weak. Absolutely spotless. Had to hunt for a hair towel and tea and coffee facilities. No iron - but there was an ironing board. Staff really friendly and helpful. Great porridge and selection at breakfast. Great location near to town centre with reasonable and safe parking.

It's a decent size, pretty clean well located hotel.
The down side is that it is pretty much dated. The rooms definitely require a revamp , the heating (radiator) made a load noise once switched on and didn't fully work. The TV is old and has limited channels, the bed was of a good size but the mattress was worn!
Parking: the parking is very tight , I had to get in through the passengers side!
Breakfast, only half decent.

Looks fantastic however, a little bit of style over substance here. Good in the bar was ok but expensive. The room looked great but few plugs and no USB sockets. The bathroom had a shower from 1982 and a shower curtain from the same decade. Nowhere to put any toiletries and no fan in the bathroom either. Bed was comfy though and the room large enough. Car park was like something of an apocalypse with cars abandoned absolutely anywhere there was even half a space.
