Very warm welcome and offered a complimentary drink, and upgraded my room to a suite which was lovely.
Hotel was quiet, really good location, room was great, bed was really comfy.
Even had complimentary popcorn which was great for me being Gluten free, hot chocolate too!
Bath and shower was great, rituals products.
Highly recommend and would stay here again.

Found it inconvenient that the there was no plug for hair dryer in the bathroom? Bed was very hard!! They really need to upgrade.

Truly amazing stay. I love this hotel so much . The rooms are so comfortable. The staff are so pleasant. Its in a ideal location close to many tube lines. Was overwhelmed by the junior suite size and facilities. Im shocked this isnt a 5 star because it really deserves to be. 2 nights felt like a week.

Stayed here prior to the London Marathon. Really nice hotel in a quiet location (at the weekend) with very good transport link close by. Very pleasant staff and nice size room for London.

The location is within a 10-minute walk to the tube station and a 5-minute walk to the nearest bus stop. The property itself is in a quiet part of town and not super close to the busier areas of London, so it was quiet however required public transportation for most popular activities. Staff was kind and helpful and the onsite bar was nice to have a drink after a busy day. Room was clean and decent size, however I chose a room with a balcony which we ended up not using at all as it faces offices and found it odd to be out in the balcony while folks were working so I'd recommend opting out of the balcony rooms, aside from that a decent property for your stay in London

We had a wonderful 2 night stay at the Clayton Hotel. I was surprised by Birthday sweet treats, balloons and a room upgrade .
All the staff were lovely.
The surrounding area of the financial district ( 5 mins walk from Liverpool St Station) was lovely and quiet in the evening. A welcome relaxing retreat after a bustling day in London.
We would certainly return and highly recommend.

We love staying here at the weekends because it’s quiet but only a 10 minute walk from Shoreditch or 5 mins from the nearest stations. It’s clean, staff are helpful and the rooms are big.
