The location of this hotel is excellent and easy to fine.
However, upon checking in (after I had paid) I was informed that because I was only saying 2 nights, that I room would not be serviced, and if I needed fresh towels to let them know.
Hang on, that's like paying for a car and then told the engine would not be included. If I had known in advance, I would have stayed somewhere else.
I expect better for a 4* hotel, I have stayed in less star hotels, and have never been told that. If I wanted to make my own bed, I would have stayed at home.
On a positive note, the staff were all very lovely!
Unfortunately, I will not be staying at this hotel again.

Lovely Hotel and the staff were wonderful.
We were visiting friend's for the weekend and the hotel was very convenient for us to see them.
We chose the hotel because of the location near our friends village, its a great hotel but not somewhere I would choose to stay otherwise as the location meant going everywhere in a car and the surrounding roads were very busy and noisey.
We were also dissapointed there wasn't a swimming pool as shown on the Internet.
That said it was a lovely hotel and if you have reason to visit Northampton a great choice.

Quick, efficient check in friendly welcome. Plenty of onsite parking. Had the furthest room away from the main area however very comfy, good amenities. The TV kept switching back to the welcome screen thought it was haunted 😂. Really tasty breakfast all in all a good place to stay and will do next time I’m in the area.

Overnight stay to visit family in Northampton. The hotel is conveniently placed just off the A45 expressway, and has a large free carpark. Check in was swift and our room was located at the far end of a corridor (which was great as we had asked for a quiet location). The room was large and comfortable. Both the bedroom and bathroom were clean and tidy. We ate in the bar and the food was enjoyable if a little overpriced. Cannot comment on breakfast as we were room only.
