This surprised me by how good it was. Very clean. Spacious room. Good shower. Drinks/ snacks at reception. Excellent service. Even the post 10pm let in was quick. Will definitely stay again.

The hotel is close to Leeds station and within easy walking distance of the city centre and associated attractions. My room was comfortable, clean and I had a good night sleep. The continental breakfast is good value for money. Any staff I had contact with with very friendly and helpful

Having looked for a budget friendly central hotel, this answered all our needs. We arrived fairly late were seen through reception very efficiently, dumped our stuff and went out for a meal. By the time we came back and headed for our room we just wanted our beds and the room was very comfortable. We had an enormous bathroom with shower and an extra bed in the room which was a nice surprise. The inside of the hotel is a little bit of a maze, but we were given good clear instruction. I did wonder about evacuation in case of a fire but was pleased to see plenty of fire exits and signs showing the way. Overall a perfectly nice hotel with good facilities in a central location: what’s not to like!. If you are after luxury and are in anyway unable to turn a blind eye to slight stains on a wall or paint peeling or windows that need cleaning then this might not be the hotel for you, but it was perfect for us for the Price

It was so loud though the night. I wasn't expecting it on a Monday. I barely slept. I was put directly next to a storage cupboard and there were people coming and going at all hours. But the room was fine and a decent size.

It is so central, the room was spacious, clean and well stocked. The continental breakfast had plenty of choice and the staff kept it topped up. Overall a good stay for a very good price .

Chose this hotel as it is less than 5 minutes from Leeds Railway Station, which is a bonus when you have an early morning train to catch! Although the hotel is a bit of a ‘rabbit warren’ with my room, numbered in the low 700s was access from the third floor. Front of house staff on checking in and leaving were very friendly and happy to discuss the local amenities. Comfy bed and shower worked - all I needed after a long day travelling

Incredibly friendly staff at reception upon checking in. Room was fine for the price we paid. Excellent location across the road from Leeds Station. Bed was comfy but pillows rather lacking, shower also had slightly weak pressure. Tea coffee biscuits and water included. Can be noisy at night as needed the windows open due to heat. It is in the city centre however, so to be expected. Overall a pleasant stay and would come back for our next visit to Leeds.

The hotel wasn't allowing checkin until 3pm but the booking said 2pm so we had to pay £2 for them to hold our bag for an hour. The room was fine however the bathroom was very run down. You could also smell smoke from the outside because the windows mustn't be fully sealed.

I paid £38 for this room - which was about right- I wanted a bed for a few hours after a night out in Leeds - the hotel is opposite the station, so a great location. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The room was tired - the bedding and towels were clean - but the carpets, bathroom floor and shower tray were grubby. There was also a rip in my bedroom carpet. I got what I was expecting - but am glad I didn’t pay any more money.

Hotel is so close to train station it’s brilliant and right in town centre, we checked in quickly the man on desk was really helpful we were on 4th floor facing train station, 2 single beds room was nice with big bathroom beds comfortable. Can’t say anything about breakfast cause didn’t get it it’s a basic hotel but you paye for what you get we where happy with it just a bit upset second night we got back from Manchester later after midnight and our door card didn’t work and went down to reception the man was like you are checking out today yeah at 11am we booked 2 nights but overall really nice
