Travelling solo for work and the first time I had stayed at the hotel. Reception literally pointed me in the direction of the bar and that was all the info I got. The room was lovely and spacious with plenty of natural might and extremely clean. Comfortable bed and great bathroom facilities. Ate in the bar, again staff didn’t really pay any attention when I was trying to understand where to eat (bar or restaurant) but food that was served was good and didn’t take a long time to arrive. Hotel itself was great for what I need travelling for work just a bit more help from staff would have been nice.

The room was very good, took a little time in the morning to have my room cleaned, but that is a minor detail. Also, some of the places in the hydrotherapy suite seemed a few degrees cooler than normal (hot tub, salt room, heated loungers). Again this is a small detail as the value for money is still excellent. Staff are extremely attentive and the place itself is wonderful. I shall be returning.
