The room size was good compared to many other nearby hotels in this area. It was very close to Blackpool Towers and Winter Garden, so was excellent for our activities.

What an absolute little find. Right opposite the north pier right on the sea front. This lovely little hotel has a lift to every floor of his breakfast large rooms. They're all reasonably basic but spotlessly clean and the location is amazing. Staff are friendly and welcoming. I really enjoyed my stay and I will be definitely be going back.

I’m really disappointed with our stay at this hotel and feel it’s important to warn others. We arrived late in the evening and only managed to sleep a few hours before discovering multiple bed bugs in the room the next morning. Given we arrived so late, we didn’t notice them straight away, but finding several the next day was extremely upsetting and raised serious concerns about the cleanliness of the room. The bathroom was also in a very poor condition. There were visible skid marks in the toilet, the shower curtain was mouldy, and the sink was completely blocked so it didn’t drain properly. The room also had a strong, unpleasant smell which made it very uncomfortable to stay in. We all ended up with bites, which made the situation even more worrying. My daughter had her expensive cheer uniform with her, and after discovering everything we had to get it professionally cleaned straight away just to be sure we didn’t risk bringing anything home. Since returning, the whole family has been paranoid and anxious about whether anything may have come back with us.

We were disappointed in the hotel - the basics were not catered for at all! For example - no hand soap, no room cleaning, despite asking twice and we stayed for 3 nights. Heating was barely coping - we had to ask for a portable heater to warm up a freezing room. Overall I would never recommend this place for the price - we’ve stayed in many hotels around Blackpool and this was one of the worst

Lovely view in our Superior Double. The bathroom was pretty dire. The mirrors had been cleaned with a tea towel by the looks of it. The floor was pretty threadbare. However, it served our needs perfectly- right by the destination we needed to be at. It is right by the main drag of bars so if you don’t like noise, beware! Once again, I wasn’t expecting The Ritz, so not disappointed at all.

The beach view was a beach view through very dirty windows. The entrance of the hotel was very dirty and smelly. The carpets throughout the whole building need a good clean or replacing. The bathroom rooms have mould in the tiles. We also had the pleasure of no running water to shower with flush the toilet etc. The man on reception was very pleasant and apologetic received a full refund. They website needs updating the current pictures showing must be from when it was first opened does not look like that now.
