全体的に老朽化が目立ちますが、立地が素晴らしくスタッフさんの対応がとても親切でした。

Nice Clean and tidy room

I stayed at this hotel for four days, and overall the experience was just okay. The biggest issue was the condition of the room. There was very poor ventilation and barely any space, which made the stay uncomfortable. The room also looked nothing like the photos shown on the website, which was disappointing. The carpet, bathroom, and even the walls were covered in dust, as if the room hadn’t been properly cleaned in a long time. For a hotel stay, cleanliness is the bare minimum, and unfortunately this fell far below expectations. The one positive was the location—it was convenient and easy to get around. However, the hotel itself was not clean, and it’s not somewhere I would choose to stay again or pay for in the future.

My mrs has been absolutely savaged by bed bugs i mean really bad its not on ill be putting a full complaint in when i get the time

It's a basic room, not refurbished for a number of years. The bedding was clean and the bed was comfy. The bathroom could have done with a deep clean but i understand the hotel may be finally starting a room refurbishment plan in 2026 so fingers crossed. For the money it was fine.

Very dirty not clean at all.. staff not bothered at all. Toilet used, bin not emptied. Pubic hairs everywhere. Avoid.

The staff were helpful however we had booked 4 rooms had to move one as room smelt dreadfully damp. Our room was quiet bedding clean and towels clean. No shower gel in shower and asked for this didn’t arrive. The shower was dreadful black and mouldy needed a good clean. No lighting in the corridor which made it hard to find room

Noise from the bathroom fan was really loud couldn’t sleep!!! Also booked a room with city view and didn’t get one !!

Rooms fine , great location and friendly staff.

The room was adequate. Access room so a large shower room. Sea view but windows steamed up so couldn't see out. The double glazing was poor and needed replaced. We had a heater which kept the room reasonably warm. Friends had the breakfast we didn't book it . The breakfast consisted of cereal, toast and cold boiled eggs the same each day. Near the Tower Ballroom which is what we wanted for our dancing event there.

Room was no where near how the photos look very old and run down, breakfast is only very basic, no cooked food. Place needs to be closed and complete refit.

The room was cold and draughty. The chairs in the breakfast room which are shaped like a woman’s naked backside and legs are misogynistic and inappropriate.

Great location and great staff , but our room had bed bugs , so my wife won’t stay again , which is really disappointing as this should be a great hotel.

Good enough location, but a terrible hotel. The room was stiflingly hot, as a fan heater was left plugged in before we arrived. No water was coming from the taps throughout the night, only a strange hissing sound. I've stayed in many hotels, but this is the worst.

Great value for money and a great location. Only choose the basic room as we were out most of the weekend. Have had a superior room before and is a good size room.
