Hello Roomz

Friendly helpful chap on reception, parking wasnt part of the booking but he found available space and even offered after stay parking upon our check out, there was no noise from other guests, no issues with Hotel Roomz.

Mice in the room and mice droppings on the bed sheets bathroom filthy

Place was near all the attractions

I was really good in the hotel

Spacious room and nice and clean. Very good for the price.

The room we had wasn’t hoovered mirror hadn’t been cleaned,noise levels at night time was horrendous kids running around well after midnight shouting and general banging from other rooms,not the best nights sleep and won’t be back.

Always great service staff polite and friendly thank you for a lovely stay recommend to anyone if you staying in Blackpool.

Stayed here sat 3/12/22 with my son last minute as meeting up with friends and so close to Christmas didn’t want to pay a lot very basic, clean but run down paint flaking off walls, needs modernisation, given our room 2 flights of stairs room 4. Only to hear lots of shouting and swearing by occupant from 6, complained to man on reception and I asked to move as didn’t feel comfortable, he was willing to change my room but once no 6 was confronted they added him to leave telling me he was out there by council ( homeless). We stayed in our room and had reasonably comfy night, mattress dipped to side. Ok fir a night but would definitely pay bit more to go elsewhere.

I’ve still not received my deposit still waiting on that when would I be likely getting that back ?

Wet friendly. Very helpful. Decent size rooms. Very comfy bed! Would stay again

Lovely lady on reception and very pleasant and clean property with a seaview. Will stay there again and would recommend.

The rooms were terrible, shower not working toilet not working …parking you couldn’t find as it was first come first served and once you move your car to go to ship or a restaurant there was no guarantee that you can find again the parking space even though you paid 200£ for a single night !!

The hotel is close to all attractions. WiFi is horrible, rooms are small and can accommodate only a bed . No telephone , no toiletries available.

Family room was up two lots of stairs room was not upto standard beds was lumpy pillows were hard staff did not change mugs or given clean towels and owner was rude arrogant was to busy asking to move cars round on carpark even ringing while we was out trying to enjoy ourselfs would not stay there again.
