The property is connected to the paddington station! This made commuting around london easy for us. The staff are also helpful and polite! If we come back to london we will definitely book this hotel again.

Staff was excellent.

Air conditioning is a low of 18c which made the room too hot. It has a setting restriction and is too hot for the room. It was very uncomfortable

So convenient from LHR via fast train. Do recommend!

The biggest advantage of Hilton London Paddington is its unbeatable location. Being directly connected to Paddington Station made getting around London and traveling to and from Heathrow incredibly convenient. The front desk team was consistently kind, welcoming, and very helpful throughout our stay. They made check-in and any questions we had easy to handle. The hotel itself is decent, but there are a few areas that could be improved. My room was comfortable enough, although it had some signs of dampness. The bathroom ventilation fan ran continuously throughout the night, and the noise made it difficult to sleep. The elevators were also frequently out of service or extremely slow, which was frustrating during busy times. Breakfast was good overall, but the customer service could be much better. The lady managing the breakfast area made us feel as though we were trying to eat without paying, which created an uncomfortable experience. A friendlier and more welcoming approach would make a big difference. Overall, I would recommend this hotel primarily for its fantastic location. If your plan is to spend your days sightseeing and you mainly need a convenient place to sleep, it’s a solid choice. If you’re looking for a hotel where you’ll spend a lot of time enjoying the facilities, you may want to consider other options.

Good location. Not so quiet.

As a Hilton honors member, I was not given complementary bottled water upon check-in. Once the staff was informed, I received bottled water every day for my remaining stay. Something minor really, but greatly appreciated as the weather was quite warm for that time of year in London. Weekeday breakfast could be 30 minutes longer (seating ended at 11am) to accommodate guests with mid afternoon departures from Heathrow that typically sleep in and pack later. We had to go inside Paddington station to search for a proper sit down breakfast and barely made it in time. Overall, we had pleasant experience, as this was our 4th time staying at the Hilton Paddington. We shall return!

Best thing was that the Air Conditioning was ice cold. A rarity for England.

Very nice hotel in the most beautiful area! Everyone was nice. Close to everything we needed.

A lovely hotel decorated in a decadent Art Deco style. Very easily acceased from Paddington Station - literally just off the platform concourse and up one level! Our room was large and very quiet. The staff were plentiful and very helpful. Breakfast was excellent. My only small gripe would be that the air conditioning was too fierce in the breakfast area. Our cooked breakfast and cups of tea went cold before we could consume it!

Hotels still rather tired and even the renovated room still seemed dated( fire your interior designer). Otherwise very helpful staff, location is priceless and does what it says on the tin

Perfect location if venturing into London for business or pleasure. Staff are always friendly and welcoming. Breakfast has lots of options snd is good.
