Hilton London Paddington

Location is of course unbeatable if you are travelling from Heathrow, hotel staff efficient and helpful, good layout, nice design in rooms. Could benefit from breakfast room service and the bath amenities were scarce. Overall excellent value for money.

Excellent location. Took Heathrow express to get to Hotel and never had to leave the station. Underground subway terminals all converge at Paddington station. Staff at hotel were friendly and helpful. Breakfast superb. Lots of restaurants in the area. Will return

Clean rooms, friendly staff and beautiful hotel.

Convenient location right next to Paddington station. Hotel room didn’t feel safe, the latch wouldn’t catch on the door and the room was situated at the end of a long twisted hallway next to an emergency exit which would be a human traffickers dream.

Room was well carpeted , clean and well appointed

The breakfast has a great variety of food with plenty of gluten free and vegetarian options. The housekeeping staff went above and beyond. Only glitch was at check-in, when we initially got a suite without a sofa bed and thus no place for our daughter to sleep. However, the front desk quickly corrected that and arranged a room transfer a few hours later. All in all it was a very enjoyable stay and a happy Christmas in London thanks to the Hilton Paddington crew.

Every thing in the Hilton is excellent.Check in never had any problems,staff are very pleasant. Room was lovely and clean. Breakfast wow lots lovey food to chose from.

This was our second stay at the Hilton Paddington this year, and on both occasions the experience has been excellent. From arrival to departure, the hotel feels calm, well organised, and genuinely welcoming. It is spotlessly clean, the rooms are generously sized, and the facilities are exactly what you would expect from a hotel of this standard. The location is a real strength. Being directly connected to Paddington Station makes travelling around London incredibly easy, yet the hotel itself remains quiet and relaxed once inside. The staff truly make the difference. Everyone we encountered was friendly, professional, and approachable, and they were particularly great with children. Our little one absolutely loves visiting, which makes travelling as a family far more enjoyable. A special mention goes to Fatima on reception, who was outstanding at check-in and went out of her way to find us a room when we arrived earlier than planned. Her warmth and professionalism set the tone for the whole stay. Breakfast was another highlight. The buffet was plentiful, with a wide range of options, the food was hot and regularly replenished, and there were good dietary alternatives available. Overall, a consistently excellent hotel that we would happily return to and highly recommend.
